Great value for a location on the Riverwalk. Great staff.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Great location, on the riverwalk but not in the midst of the walking traffic. Quiet, stable environment, welcoming lobby and seemed quite clean.

Cons:

Room was a little damp feeling and smelling, common feeling to aging hotels. front desk sent up a box fan to help. I still hate paying $40 for parking when I've already paid a good amount for the room. Hot tub was malfunctioning and the water was well over heated. beyond a level that the kids and I could handle, my wife could get in after some adjustment!

Great location and value
Pros:

The location and price make it a great value. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons:

The parking garage filled up and I had to find a private lot several blocks away. I was refunded the money I spent which was nice but I wish I was told it might fill up.
There was a noise in my room that was very annoying. It sounded like an ATV raving its engine off in the distance. I never mentioned it but you should check out room 1702 and sit in it and you will hear it. I used a sound machine so it masked most of it at night.

The room was beautiful I enjoyed the view from the window

Cons:

What I didn’t like was you had no bath mat for me I don’t have good balance and I was worried that I was going to fall in the bathtub when I took my shower

Expensive stay which included the $41 to park the car. We arrived 2 hours early and asked it was ok to book in? That cost a further $30! Why get charged if the room was ready?!
