Comfortable Bed. Liked being right on Riverwalk and close proximity to Majestic Theater which was our reason for coming down.

Good location and staff
The air conditioner never worked in the living room portion of the room. I called down the first night and requested for it to be fixed the next day but it never got fixed and did not work our entire stay.
Pros: location is in a less active spot on the river walk so it was fairly quiet at night. Nice area for a morning walk. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
Cons: valet staff were very rude. Upon arrival the attendant approached our vehicle and said we “parked stupid”. Great way to be welcomed. Entrance was full of cars so there was no other option. Room appeared very worn and dirty. Front desk staff were also unwelcoming. I specifically chose this hotel because I’m an IHG member.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location was ideal, and the room was immaculate with breathtaking views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—so much so that we never wanted to get out of it.
Amanda at the front desk truly went above and beyond. When she learned we were celebrating our anniversary, she made a special effort to enhance our stay, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

La relacion calidad precio, te cobran por usar el estacionamiento aunque ya estes hospedado ahi, el desayuno no tiene variedad he ido al rededor de unas 5 veces y sigue siendo lo mismo y sin variedad.
Despite some of the leisures being closed because we booked a hotel at night. The front desk was lovely, super friendly and answered our concerns. He was the only front staff at the hour, Adam N. A Very funny guy. Me and my boyfriend love this hotel.
