Pros:

Terrible experience, I was charged an extra $158.4 without any notice or receipt. I asked for Booking.com to contact them, email them myself, let my bank agent call them, no F**king response. Worst experience ever, I would not stay with Holiday Inn again unless there is no other option.

Your staff made up for the shortcomings. It was a pleasant stay except the water temperature

The staff was so kind and helpful. If there was something we needed, we got it. Couldn't ask for anything better

Liked the location for our purpose but the foul smell in the restroom was the downside.

Good location and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged for an additional breakfast. I booked a room for four people with breakfast included. It didn't say that only two people would get free breakfast and any additional people would have to pay. I wish that would have been clarified in the booking details. I gave the hotel an 8, and would have given the hotel a higher score, but the incident with the breakfast was disappointing.
