Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed the unique architecture of the building, which added so much character to our stay. It was truly a standout feature that made the hotel feel special and welcoming.

Cons:

As someone who prioritizes cleanliness, I was disappointed by the state of the bathroom. I found significant grime under the sink and in the faucet spout, and unfortunately, there was an ant infestation around the vanity area, which made the space feel unhygienic.

Location and room size - great!
Pros:

I liked the location. The Riverwalk was pretty much out the door and around the corner of the building. Great location! I liked the size of the room. Spacious. Huge TV. Pretty furniture. We appreciated the free child's buffet and stay.

Cons:

I did not like that the room (for what I was charged a night) did not have a microwave. We were very surprised with that. It was an inconvenience having to go downstairs to the lobby to share the ONE community microwave. The room looked clean but there were bugs (roaches) in the room. The restroom, although clean as, smelled. I requested that it be mopped again the next day, but the smell stayed. It just didn't smell nice. I don't know what cleaner is used, maybe it's unscented or maybe it's a low quality, but the restroom smelled. Also, we could not use the garage because of our dually truck. Maybe truck height and size limit should be noted somewhere in your "parking" section. We had to park 2 blocks down. I specifically chose Holiday Inn because it had onsite parking. So that was a disappointment as well. The restaurant food is "ok". We ordered off the menu though, because the buffet was not enticing.

Close by the river walk

Cons:

I didn’t like that it didn’t include breakfast. Why pay extra when you’re already staying at the hotel
Update snack pile specially, knowing if there’s an event happening around the area

Overall enjoyed the time at the hotel.
Pros:

We had one room with 2 queen size beds overlooking the riverwalk. The room was spacious, fully equipped bathroom. Perfect location to walk to everything. The only drawback was no microwave, but we were given one upon request. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

Cons:

Hot tub temperature was too hot to get in and lighting after dark in the pool area could have been better.

Great experience!
Pros:

I took my father to the 80th annual 82nd Airborne Convention last week…It was an amazing experience…the restaurant staff was awesome…the hospitality staff was great and the valet staff were incredible…the garage elevator was out and they did an amazing job getting us were we needed to be…Efren, Mateo, Mando and Jesse-Thank you so much for all your help and going above and beyond what you needed to do for my 80 year father Moses, my sister Linda and I (Lee Ann). You guys were amazing! Hope to visit again soon! God bless all your journeys!

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

JW and Mando provided absolutely outstanding valet service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of.

Valet operators are one of the very first interactions guests have with a hotel, which means they play a huge role in setting the tone for the entire experience. JW and Mando represented the hotel exceptionally well and delivered the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized.

Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Management should seriously consider recognizing, rewarding, and promoting these young men ASAP. Employees like JW and Mando are exactly who you want representing your hotel and creating that important first and last impression for guests.

Excellent service all around. They are both an asset to the team!
