Very poor experience. Not worth it.
Pros:

The property was nice outside.

Cons:

As we walked in the floor was full of dirt and dusty everywhere. Bedsheets was full of hair. So it was very uncomfortable. Vallet parking curly hair guy was very unhappy. Checkout front desk never ask us how was our stay. Oh and the gym was nasty. Dirty and dusty everywhere.

Pay for packing left came back and was told that there was no parking then told me I had to drive a block from the location got back in my vehicle and then said their mite be some parking spot

Bed was comfortable and room was clean with a refrigerator. I loved the location and paying for the parking was not so bad considering I did not move the car during my visit!

Cons:

There was a strange odor in the bathroom. Almost like the toilet ring needs to be replaced. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out. I’m sure it will be taken care of asap room 1211.

Great Riverwalk Location!!!!!
Pros:

Have used this hotel for the last four years for business and personal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Adam Navarro works the front desk and is always friendly and helpful. Great staff

Dissatisfied costumer.
Pros:

I liked the location. Easy access to the river walk.

Cons:

The room has no exhaust fans. Room has no filter from outside noise especially from the adjacent rooms.
Sheets on sofa bed were never changed..
I would not book another Holiday Inn stay!
