Staff was friendly location was convenient
Bed had hair in it and lint was on my floor. Bed was stiff. Tv didn’t work
The pool is lovely, all staff from front desk to restaurant were kind and helpful. Location is great, you can not be closer to the airport. Easy check in and long-term parking is also available on site.
I needed help getting my luggage from the hotel to the airport as it was heavy but because the airport is close there is not a shuttle. I ended up going to get a smart cart from the air port which worked.

They charged me for a room with two beds but they gave me a room with one bed. They did not refund the difference. They were not friendly. The isntalations were dirty and with cockroaches

There was too much noise of kids playing in the pool at night till 10pm! This was for my stay on 6th night.
Came back again on the 10th and it was quiet but my room bathroom wasn’t working and I didn’t have shower gel in the bathroom.
Everything is very good and comfortable.

No stairs. They told us breakfast was at six. When we got there at 6:15 the next morning, they said breakfast was at seven. So we had to buy our own breakfast.

The carpeting throughout the hotel needs to be replaced. It's wrinkled and a few years too old.
