We needed a place to stay for the night near the airport. This one is the closest.
Pros:

The hotel is right next to the airport, within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a room right away. The best of this stay was the included breakfast.

Cons:

There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We had to carry our luggage up. The room was good sized, clean, but the AC was very laud and noisy.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Fresno, and this served our purpose well enough.
Pros:

The room was ready on time, the bed was comfotable and the check-out was easy

Cons:

I did not particularly like the virtual concierge check-in, It felt very impersonal, even though the agent I spoke with (virtually) was polite. The Carpets in the hall were in poor condition. The room was not very well lit, But for the price, it all seemed good enough.

Bad area. Not handicapped friendly.

Cons:

Upon arrival they could not find my reservation. I showed them my booking number. They still denied the reservation existed but sent us to a room that was not handicapped accessible. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained it was not acceptable due to lack of handicapped access. I was checked out by the front desk staff and was told by the front desk that they would refund my credit card. They have since charged me for the three day stay after checking us out and now refuse to refund the charges.
