They don’t have water, entire carpet was stinky and no air circulation in the room
No water bad smell, no air circulation.
That it was near the airport. The food served at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar were exceptional. The bartender was very friendly and polite. The pool was nice, although I did not use it.
Wasn’t very clean. It appears that the carpet in the hall has not been vacuumed. The gym was a little mediocre, would be better with some free weights. Hot tub was out of commission.

The room has large windows, making it bright with a nice view.
The quilt is not very comfortable. It is made of a three-layer combination, and the cover and inner sheet are loose and tend to shift and roll during sleep. The middle layer is also quite firm and not soft enough. Personally, I prefer an integral quilt, which would be much more comfortable.
Clean property and pleasent staff.
Had many issues, with the card keys, initially getting into my room and the key needed to be reactivated several to get back in my room, very frustrating. plus, no soap in the bathroom.
Angeblich haben meine beiden Karten nicht funktioniert. Bargeld wurde keines angenommen und ich um 22:30 auf die Straße gesetzt!! Die Rezeptionistin schien mir wenig bemüht. Im Hotel nebenan war es kein Problem mit der gleichen Karte zu bezahlen.

Check in. Having to do this over a screen with no personal contact is not acceptable
I went on line was shown a handicap room with 2 queen beds, roll in shower. I booked it with my visa. When my daughter and I arrived ,and was able to check in, with live staff member Destiny, checking in I verified room as handicap. Completing check in was handed 2 door card. Arriving in room, where was only one bed. Shower okay, but needed second bed. My daughter,, went back to desk . The phone in room does not have any access to front desk in the room. Only was for booking reservations. This my daughter was upset and went back to the desk. Again explained the room to the clerk at desk. Given another room. The room wasn't a handicap room . The 2 beds were too high, I had a difficult time getting into the bed, either one of these 2 beds!, then the bathroom, the toilet was low profile, not handicap, there was not roll in or walking shower, tub/shower only. So I wasn't able to access my shower time. I have 2 knee surgeries,hip surgeries, spinal surgeries in this last year. So the toilet was very hard on me. TOO LOW! My daughter and I went and told clerk again. Then we was Told that the Wyndham Garden Fresno Yosemite hotel did not provide handicap rooms. I have a second person when arranging room on the app, preview room with me prior to booking room. The clerk Destiny was polite. The evening clerk, which I'll keep nationality out of this , was rude, non professional. Argued with my daughter, that I couldn't of arranged a handicap room. Why would I, knowing I'm handicap in a wheelchair even accept a room other than a handicap room? Think about it for a little bit. I also had a incident with the carpet in ur hallway . The carpet was not tacted properly it was up lifting. That area is close to the administration office. I injured my toe, which maybe broken. Being I retired from a medical background, it maybe broken. I've taped it to heal. My daughter has photos of the room, the carpet, the bathroom and height of the beds. Room # 189.
Continued from above: I've not received a call from management yet. I left my contact number . Request was for call on Tuesday 14th ,2025. Between the hours of 8 & 5 Fresno and my time for management to call me. As of today October 15th, Wednesday 2025, I've not received a call back. I am not sharing ur hotel with anyone. I feel so miss treated and not at all, respected at this hotel. What would U feel like? Read under like. I used these 2 sections like and dislikes to explain my horrible stay. Please note, I Cyndy Smith deserve a call, ur apologize, and compensation for a horrible experience at this hotel. The staff on ur evening time needs de disciplinary accountability. Ur entire staff was not truthful. They hidde behind lies and I assurance of what ur property looks and has! Please everyone were unaware of rooms and there functions. I'm sure u have handicap rooms, where r they? Not even a TV in the rooms. There should be operable functions this is part of what U hotel offers. We had no service or any at all. Please respond . I'm a believer in honestly, r U or ur company?
