I'm not sure about this place. It'a not what wr expected
It was the service, and also the atmosphere just was not what we expected. It was convienient to the reason why we were in LA, but just not us. It was outdated and noisy at nights

Rooms were well equipped with fridge, safe, charging facilities etc.
Noisy until 3am on Saturday night from a bar next door.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres étaient très propres. Mais c'était un détail. L'emplacement était très pratique à moins de 10mn à pied du métro.
La climatisation qui faisait du bruit et qui avait une odeur un peu forte. La porte de la salle de bain qui coulisse mais ne se ferme pas totalement.Il y avait un interstice avec la chambre.
Super close to crypto arena, friendly staff and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel!!!
Their food choices were lacking. Out of the option I wanted from a very limited breakfast menu and the espresso machine was broke so no macchiatos or lattes, etc.
It’s literally across Crypto arena.
It is paid parking but that’s common in L.A these days. But it could have been discounted since we are already staying at hotel.

The Staff were Very welcoming an Very Helpful. It made every Day of our Stay at E Central a remorable one. From Breakfast with Angie an reception with Gina an the security with Caeser was out standing. Thank you once again. From 2 Brothers from Down Under.
Welcoming Staff
Was across the street from event venue.
Valet parking was mandatory. My car was broken into in and damaged their "secure" parking, no notice, no disclaimer. Was texted next day by attendant who reported, "...my boss says there is nothing we can do for you." They have thus far (2-3 weeks) not responded to my multiple requests for dialog. Room was ridiculously overpriced for this lack of accountability. The only communications channel the advertise is sales@ & info@. Very sketchy, will not be staying there again.
Clean, customer service was excellent. It was close to EVERYTHING
