Cons:

Laundry, the temperature too low and we have to back and forth for so many times to check and add the coins until everything dry, it’s really wasting our time.
Breakfast almost the same everyday.

The best location!
Pros:

The best location! Train and bus loop right beside it. Very easy to get around, no need for the car. Good sound proof windows. Breakfast is a nice addition. Loved the whole experience. Will stay at this location next time we are in the city.

I enjoyed my stay, the friendly staff, and the convenience of the location.
Pros:

The staff is very nice and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is tasty and well stocked. I like that the hotel is located next to the rail system with access to the mall.

Pros:

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking is free and there is so much to see and do within walking distance. The location is superb. Our room was quite clean and the bathroom was spacious. We were on the 6th floor and had a lovely city view. Breakfast was included - there were lots of options, and it was beautifully presented.

Cons:

The parking is not secured so we had to bring everything from our vehicle into our room. The bed wasn't very comfortable for us, but if you like a soft mattress you'll be happy..The air conditioner turns on and off throughout the night which woke us up several times.

Pros:

Great location, connected to the mall, train station and bus depot. Many great restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Free parking.

Cons:

There was a large wet spot on the carpet in the room. water pressure of the shower was weak so took long time to rinse hair. didn't like smell of the room

Tolles Hotel für Sightseeing
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Lage ist top. Supermärkte & Restaurants sowie die Metro sind direkt in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. In 20-30 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt mit der Metro (fährt alle 2 Minuten)

清潔、快適、交通至便
Pros:

ダウンタウンからスカイトレインで約20分、駅の目の前なので、どこに行くにも便利です（終日、数分間隔で電車が走っています）。
朝食はシンプルながらホットミール（スクランブルエッグ、ベーコンなど）、パン、シリアルやスイーツ系のパン（シナモンロール、ドーナツなど）がそれぞれ日替わりで登場し、毎朝楽しかったです。
スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで、英語が得意でない私達も安心して滞在できました。超おすすめです。

Pros:

Breakfast was really nice, with good-quality food and plenty of options. The staff were kind and helpful, and parking was easy and free.

The location is great as well. I’d definitely recommend taking the train into the city since the station is right by the hotel. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was a bit small, which is understandable. It was clean and nice overall, but unfortunately, both the bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle des Skytrains. Zudem ist eine Mall fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut unverhältnismäßig. Im Zimmer war es die ganze Nacht über laut, da es direkt an die aussenliegende Klimaanlage grenzte. Ausstattung absolute Basics, kühle Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück wird komplett mit Papptellern und Pappbechern serviert. Das Essen bestand vorwiegend aus süßem Müsli/Pancakes mit Marmelade, es gab keinen Aufschnitt oder Ähnliches. Für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel.
