Thanks for such a great stay!
Pros:

Every staff member treated us with such genuine kindness. The breakfast exceeded my expectations by having so many options. Being right at metrotown- I couldn't have asked for a better location.

Cons:

It was very expensive but I understand it's summertime and it costs a lot everywhere.

Awesome three-day-stay!
Pros:

Great location and breakfast! Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean but needed improvement like handheld shower, esp if you have kids and seniors. Would stay here again!

Bathroom could use an update, like handheld shower.

早餐尚可，較無變化，且較少東方食物，但可接受。
值得鼓勵的是，餐廳雇用弱勢人們，桌上有放卡片說明，提醒溝通方式，相信飯店對他們做了很好的職務訓練
我們感謝他們表現有禮貌，且服務良好

Cons:

房間床旁的冷暖機，與床之間只有一人的距離，噪音大及吹風口對著床吹，以致睡眠品質很差，2天後，將冷暖機關閉，才有好眠。
浴室淋浴器不好用，調成上沖模式，下面的水龍頭依然出水，以致上沖淋浴水量就較小，後來調到集中水量，才有較大水注，較容易清洗，建議加裝手持蓮蓬頭
