It was very clean and front desk was friendly

Cons:

Check in was 3pm I booked a king bed, we had a wedding in the area at 4 and expected to get ready at the hotel. We arrived a couple minutes after 3 to find out room was not ready and wouldn’t be ready for about a half hour, not leaving us enough time to get ready, after waiting longer I was told they could give me a different room but not a king room I paid for, I was told they could not adjust my rate because I booked on a website and not with the hotel directly. We didn’t get into our room until after 330, rushed to get ready for a wedding and were ultimately late and missed the ceremony.

Also, bed are uncomfortable.

Locations was good. Hotel was clean and neat. Staff was good.

Cons:

Most hotels we have been to lately gave a free breakfast which would have been nice.
