Cons:

Front desk staff, Shelly, is not a nice person.…no smile, no manners. Finally she arranged the corner rooms to us which I don’t like it.

We encountered a strange problem when arriving at the hotel
Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast
According to the reservation conditions in AGODA, it is indicated that the room will be cleaned daily, as we are used to on all our trips. But the hotel turns out to have a different policy - cleaning and arranging the room, even for long stays, like ours - 14 days, every other day!.
When we complained to AGODA, we received more peculiar response that they were acting according to the hotel's terms, even though the website and the room reservation explicitly stated that the room would be cleaned and tidied daily. Beyond the action we will take, we will not use AGODA's services or this hotel never, they are unreliable

Cons:

The room was dusty and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The refrigerator was ticking all night and the toilet kept making noise, wouldn't flush 😳 I kept having to, take the top off the toilet 😑
