Great location, good value, the no hot value situation,understandable yet, unfortunate.
Pros:

Location was good, stores and foods are close by.

Cons:

Unfortunately due to weather and damages to the boiler, there was no hot water throughout our entire stay.

El hotel disponía de una gran cantidad de servicios para disfrutar de los días en la playa: sillas, sombrillas, tablas de surf, skate, toallas...

Cons:

Durante nuestra estancia (3 noches) no tuvimos agua caliente ningún día debido a una avería. Fue un gran inconveniente y no nos dieron ninguna alternativa.

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht an sehr guter Lage.
Nettes und freundliches Personal an der Reception; es gab während unseres Aufenthalts ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser und wir wurden immer informiert und um Verständnis gebeten.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum - zu kalt (Klimaanlage) und die Musik war viel(!) zu laut.
Eine normale Unterhaltung war fast nicht möglich.
Der „Regular Kaffe“ war nicht gut - sehr bitter, die Latte war ok.

chambre très bien et spacieuse, lits confortables, emplacement à proximité immédiate de la plage, design de l'hotel assez moderne et épuré

Cons:

la piscine : il faut y accéder par le parking, elle n'est pas grande (contrairement à l'impression des photos), et on entend beaucoup les voitures

Nel cuore pulsante di Santa Monica! A pochi passi dal molo, dalla passeggiata e vicino a tutti i locali e servizi
Pros:

Struttura pulita, moderna (anche se non ci sono in camera le prese USB-C) e in una posizione a pochi passi dal famoso molo PIER di Santa Monica

Cons:

Unico neo, il secondo giorno si è rotta la caldaia quindi niente acqua calda, e per due giorni non era disponibile. Per farsi perdonare hanno offerto la colazione, ottima e di qualità

Great location, clean and friendly hotel - slightly pricey
Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and generally a good size for us as a family. Good amenities and products in the bathroom. The location was spot on in terms of access to Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small for the bedroom. The price for the night was a little high given the general rating and calibre of the hotel - so in terms of value, it was ok but not great.
