24 hr staff

Cons:

The room had an over the bath shower and no non-slip mat or surface which is a massive falls risk .I asked the hotel staff if they could provide one initially they said yes but after 4 hrs , I was told I would need to purchase one myself !!!!!
The room had the potential to sleep 4 but only 1 chair , despite the hotel offer in room dining .(difficult to eat your dinner in bed )

Very happy that we booked this hotel
Pros:

What a perfect location, right at the santa monica pier. The rooms are spacious we stayed with our family 4pers. in one room, everyones luggage could be placed and left open on the floor. They cleaned the room every day. We had a badtub. No noise from outside.

Cons:

If you want to spend chill time at the pool, that isn’t possible at all, there is a lot car noise from the street next to the pool. But the children don’t care about this, as long as they have water 💦
