God beliggenhed, super service - vi kommer nok igen.
Pros:

Jeg har været på Pier side et par gange både vedrørende arbejde og privat, primært pga. beliggenheden, men også forbi personale er venligt og imødekommende, samt at det er valuta for penge, på nær parkering, som er latterlig dyr, om end servicen er rigtig god også i den forbindelse. Beliggenheden for for os perfekt, da vi kender området rigtig godt og elsker livet ved stranden, samt det faktum at det ikke er langt ind til byen i bil, samt ikke mindst til Malibu.

Cons:

Prisen på parkering er i overkanten og på niveau med 5 starts hoteller, det synes jeg er i overkanten. Omvendt kan det ikke bemærkes noget omkring service ved parkering.

Cons:

The Hotel rooms where not up to a level for a 4 star hotel. Damaged walls, electrical power outlets aren't safe due to wires exposed in bathroom. Shower didn't work and the bath tap was detached from wall. Worse of all the room cupboard rattled all night preventing a good night sleep as the fridge inside the cupboard caused the rattling. Air Cond was so noisy it couldn't be run at night otherwise you can't sleep. Valet attendant in the afternoon was rude and extremely uninviting. Definitely won't be returning. The hotel apparently offered a refund to Bookings.com for our second night as we left, however it was never refunded.

It was a good facility for the price.
Pros:

A hotel in the center of Santa Monica. The breakfast is good. The bar area is nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel's own parking fee was $75 per day; it could have been more affordable.

We had a perfect stay!
Pros:

Its the perfect place to stay in Santa Monica! located directly at the famous pier, with a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. the metro station Santa Monica Downtown is also just a few steps away. special thanks to the super friendly staff, who made our stay perfect!! :-) we also loved the breakfast.

Perfect location, beautiful room but ridiculous parking fee. Some issues need to be addressed with hotel manager.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Hefty parking fee at $86. Noisy refrigerator in room. Mopping the entire hotel lobby at 5pm was ridiculous blocking access to reception,elevators, restrooms. Also a liability. The staff in the surfing fox were not that attentive and food was just ok.
