Don’t waste your money at this run down property. Many other hotels nearby. Staff is rude and unprofessional. You can hear water leaking in the walls made me think about mold. Old carpeting smell as soon as you get off the elevator.

My $$$$ Weekend 👎
Pros:

A one night stay cost me $$$$ with the theft of my BIKE ! On the grounds of the hotel in front, thieves were able to Cut cable strand by strand (15 min) in the graveyard hours. Security was present but on break !!!. I soon discovered the entire incident was not reported to local law enforcement !!! Video shows bicyclists removing my bike and ride off into the night. By not feeling compelled to notify POLICE this incident will likely repeat but far WORSE . Thanks “ Pacfic Stay”… Who does this !!!

Has an unpleasant smell that reminds us of some overseas hotels.
The hallways are way too hot.
It just need to be cleaned up.
Won't stay here next time we are in West Covina.

The hotel was very clean. I’m glad I chose this place. Front desk staff was very sweet. Hotel was clean not dirty. Very spacious. The best part was how quiet it was. I was able to rest really well before my 12 hour shift. The mini fridge and microwave came in handy to store my food and snacks for the long day ahead. Only thing was the keurig was a bit dirty. But it was just fine after a few cleansing brews. It would be nice if you emailed the client in more detail about the pool and other amenities in the hotel. For example the breakfast/food/bar and prices you have inside. It would be nice to have that listed in your welcome email.

The hotel room smelled like a sewer. The room was never serviced, they only emptied the trash and left towels. I would not stay at this hotel nor would I ever recommend it to anyone!

The air did not work on our room, we were moved to a different room but, the air conditioning is very weak. Thankfully the windows open very slightly. There are no iPhone or android usb-c or usb adapters. The tv guide is difficult to use. I would not recommend or use this hotel in the future.
