Overpriced, and I don't think they have a maintenance person because the place is rundown

Everything I wanted and needed
Pros:

You were able to accommodate a much needed early check in and the room was lovely. The mattress was soooooo very comfortable

Hotel was probably very nice back in the day, but now needs to be updated and refreshed.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Location of the hotel was good for our needs.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated and needs renovation and repairs. The room was clean but the furnishings were old and in need of replacement. Tears in the carpet were observed. Top of wooden desk was sticky and severely scratched. Bathrooms were small and the door could not be fully closed because it was so warped. Obvious repairs to paint and caulking looked like it was done by amateurs. No usb ports. Iron from the 80s. Because we were only there a couple of nights, I didn’t feel a need to tell hotel staff, since I knew I would be answering this survey.

Terrible experience!
Cons:

The room was small and seemed old. The shower was clogged and the sink leaked from underneath, it took over 40 minutes to have some show up to fix and he still needed parts in order to make a full repair so left a trash can under leak until the next day! Requested linen’s but waited 45 minutes and had to call down again and was told the person we spoke to never submitted the request. The TV remote and the TV didn’t work and finally got a new remote sent to room. The front desk employee was not a friendly person and was just unhelpful. I don’t plan to ever stay there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location.

Great visit for a one night stay and a good way to start our vacation.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was great. View was fantastic. Lobby was super clean. Front desk was great. 1.5 miles from a shopping center.

Cons:

The location was okay. A lot better than some hotels in the area.
