Not worth it!
Pros:

Gym was nice. Having control of the air conditiong. Was great.

Cons:

The pool was consumed by a very large family that look to be throwing a gathering,the whole time we were.there .we made 6 attempt to go to the pool.and the same large family of 15, or more consumed every aspect of that facility. The front desk employes were not friendly, and couldn't find any staff to ask for a extra towel. Rooms are small an awkward. due to the shape of the hotel. The bathroom had no fan for ventilation. I was completely disappointed for what I paid. Never again would I stay here and wouldn't recommend it.

No longer will patronize this hotel
Pros:

This hotel has been prime location for many years. It sits close to LB airport & multiple freeways. It has been a staple in the community serving Long Beach, Lakewood, Bellflower & Downey areas.I have stayed here many times. It’s been around a long time. Very Reliable for an affordable stay.

Cons:

The rooms could use upgrade. The bathroom had a shower that did not work, bath tub fixture hanging out of wall w no to low running water. The carpet was dirty, smelled like smoke. The restaurant at top still has nice view, but the food is horrible. Could use upgrade. It’s a smoke free building. Someone vaped in the building (smoke free building) The fire alarm went off in early am. Unable to shower due to shower and tub not working properly. Check out is 11 or 12pm . Very disappointed in the hotel due to not being able to shower. Cost of room $341 not worth it when the rooms don’t have showers that work.

Not a good experience with room cleanliness ! Staff not accommodation at all.
Pros:

The breakfast, staff at the PH breakfast room and the views from the PH breakfast area were great!

Cons:

Checked in on Saturday night, got a room with the tub plugged in and with debri and brown stuff floating in it the water. Toilet bubbling and the room was obviously not sanitized and cleaned properly. I asked for a different room and they were sold out and said wait till the morning.

Janitor came in the morning, room was never changed and once you’ve seen the filth it was very uncomfortable to stay. They said they couldn’t return the money and go to Booking.com for it. Didn’t have the time to do that as all day was spent in conferences. Hotel is also advised close to Long Beach area but it’s 20 mins from the convention center.
