We ate Dinner at the Rooftop restaurant,which was very good ,but I think they should inform customers before that there is an extra service charge if they are serving a table of more than 5 people

Poor after care for customers.
Cons:

I have contacted the hotel multiple times regarding the refund of my safety deposit and received only 1 response, with no further action to follow. I am still awaiting the refund on 2 safety deposits taken for 2 separate bookings.
