Not a good experience with room cleanliness ! Staff not accommodation at all.
Pros:

The breakfast, staff at the PH breakfast room and the views from the PH breakfast area were great!

Cons:

Checked in on Saturday night, got a room with the tub plugged in and with debri and brown stuff floating in it the water. Toilet bubbling and the room was obviously not sanitized and cleaned properly. I asked for a different room and they were sold out and said wait till the morning.

Janitor came in the morning, room was never changed and once you’ve seen the filth it was very uncomfortable to stay. They said they couldn’t return the money and go to Booking.com for it. Didn’t have the time to do that as all day was spent in conferences. Hotel is also advised close to Long Beach area but it’s 20 mins from the convention center.

Everything I wanted and needed
Pros:

You were able to accommodate a much needed early check in and the room was lovely. The mattress was soooooo very comfortable

Hotel was probably very nice back in the day, but now needs to be updated and refreshed.
Pros:

Staff was efficient and friendly. Location of the hotel was good for our needs.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated and needs renovation and repairs. The room was clean but the furnishings were old and in need of replacement. Tears in the carpet were observed. Top of wooden desk was sticky and severely scratched. Bathrooms were small and the door could not be fully closed because it was so warped. Obvious repairs to paint and caulking looked like it was done by amateurs. No usb ports. Iron from the 80s. Because we were only there a couple of nights, I didn’t feel a need to tell hotel staff, since I knew I would be answering this survey.
