Cons:

Hotel needs remodel, furniture getting old and the carpet doesn't look dirty but it has a bad odor. I have allergies and the odor made me feel worst, the good thing was that I laways carried a deodorizer with me.

Also the rooms were dirty and just not. Clean.
Elevators were too slow.
I've been to other holiday inn . I've never encounter one like this one . It was awful and just an overall rate of 0 stars

Pros:

I like that there is a Penthouse Restaurant. The nachos and margaritas were delicious. We purchased breakfast with our stay. It was served in the Penthouse Restaurant, and it was also delicious.

Cons:

The ice machine was only on the first floor. But the map said they were on every other floor. Walk around 3 floors before I found out, I needed to go down to the first floor.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was nice and comfortable.

The location was convenient. We were leaving for a cruise the next day.

It looked as if someone was having a personal party in the pool area. It seemed like we were in their way.

Pros:

The room was nice and was clean. The room stayed cool making it easier to fall a sleep.

Cons:

I was greated via text which works for me. However when I submitted a request there was no response. The next text was thanking me for my stay. The ice machine was self serve, meaning and ice scoop and the was was from a small sink faucet.

The cleaning staff was friendly and apologized for the desk not giving them the message we wanted our room done.

The restaurant was over priced with not good food. No coffee or breakfast that was promised with our booking there was no free breakfast it was 22 .00 a day each
