Good when there’s no better alternative around
Pros:

Location was quite good to the place I needed but the area itself is miserable…

Cons:

Taking additional parking fee was a surprise. As usual in booking.com it’s not apparently stated that hotel takes 15$/night for car parking. Air conditioner in the room was very loud and was waking me up every 30 minutes or so.

The staff was amazing. Everything else could’ve been better.
Pros:

The parking was closed to the lobby

Cons:

My shower barely had any pressure, I was only given one toilet paper roll for my entire day, the refrigerator was making noise all night, the carpet was gross and dirty, and some of the plugs didn’t work.
