Pros:

It was nice on the outside and on the inside

Cons:

All the amenties that was included in the room description was not there.
Bed was very uncomfortable
Shower knob kept coming off shower wall
Outlets near door were not working

Not worth $270 a night
Pros:

Shower did not drain.Staff not too helpful.Breakfast was not happening,they did not put out enough food for the amount of people there.For $270 plus $100 deposit was not worth it!

Our stay was amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was great location was in a rough area but you couldn’t tell because the facility was so nice and clean with security thru the night

Bad experience , I stayed befare and it was nicer for the price

Clean and nice pillows

Cons:

Low water pressure and they offer complementary breakfast but there was low staff, no eggs/potatoes or sausage only cereal and toast

The maintenance of things I got woken up from the smoke detector it needed change of batteries and also the complimentary breakfast went down to grab breakfast at 8:30 i was very disappointed in the hot trays there was only a small amount of potatoes i traveled with my parents so that amount left was not going to feed all of us had no choice to go next door to Dennys. This has never happened at another holiday in express I use them for vacation and business travel
