The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We went down to breakfast and met Jose Zúñiga who made us feel welcome and was attentive to us and even managed to get along with our mom who doesn’t speak much English. Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel next time we’re in town
We used the hotel as accommodation for our layover. It is conveniently located and offers shuttle service to and from LAX. It offers a breakfast buffet but I found the 20$ charge per persin a bit steep. Maybe next time. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and friendly.
The bathtub, when you step on it feels like it's water under. That can cause mole

If seemed to be one of the worst rooms on the property
I flew into LAX and from there I was able to use the hotel shuttle to be transported to Holiday Inn LAX. It had a new renovation about 5 years ago and still looks awesome. I saw a staff member I knew from past stays there. Raul works in the bar and restaurant. He was just as congenial as ever. The staff who met me at check in was cheerful and very helpful. My room was clean ,peaceful, and comfortable. Thank you.
I know this particular Holiday Inn. It has always provided excellent service.
La première visite était impeccable mais la seconde horrible : 1h d’attente pour la navette et chauffeur désagréable, arrivés à l’hôtel après un long vol, nos cartes de chambres ne fonctionnaient pas et une dame à la réception n’était pas aimable non plus pour nous aider.
