Pros:

The lobby was nicely decorated and the hotel staff was very friendly and help from security to the cleaning crew.

Cons:

I didn't like that the beds weren't as comfy, the remotes for the TV was old and popping open. And Parking was $50 a night smh .

Location was quiet considering it was in downtown LA, CA. Facilities were tucked back away from main street.Room was clean and well stocked. Personnel was pleasant, helpful and professional.

Cons:

Parking for check in was inconvenient plus the lift gate to get in was broken
