Nice experience
Pros:

Alexander is a pretty good front desk staff member. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He handled everything efficiently and always greeted us with a warm smile. His service made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming, and it really left a positive impression of the hotel.

Very nice hotel - I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The sense of arrival to the hotel was very nice. The Christmas decorations were festive. The lobby was comfortable. The front desk personnel were excellent! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The TV didn't work much of the time as it said there was no internet service available. I reported it as I left and saw them make a note for maintenance to check.

Air conditioner was terribly loud and disturbed our sleep all night.
Request pool scene room.
They gave me room 121 opened window and it was the main gate entering into the pool. So we had noise from the gate opening and closing all the time

Pros:

It would have been nice to help a person with disability to get the room early when it was requested

Cons:

Waiting for a room when it was requested months earlier. Room has stuff in the toilet, snacks and drinks were very expensive and extra charges not worth it. I'm disabled and drive 7 hours to be told we couldn't check in because we got the room through booking. com

가장 인상 깊었던 건 직원들의 친절함이었어요—체크인부터 체크아웃까지 항상 웃는 얼굴로 응대해주셔서 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었습니다.

보안도 매우 철저해서 안심하고 지낼 수 있었고,
호텔 시설도 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있어서 전체적으로 쾌적했어요.
또한, 주변이 조용해서 휴식하기에 딱 좋았고,
대형 쇼핑몰까지도 도보 10분 거리라 위치 면에서도 완벽했습니다.
내년에도 여기로 올거에요 :)
