Bath didn't drain, fridge was broken. Had to change rooms because of the issues and new room the AC wasn't working. The hotel then suggested the AC was working, which was not true (it turned on but was not blowing out cold air) and accused me of lying? I would not have switched rooms twice just for fun. I asked for a fair, partial refund for the inconvenience and was given the runaround by both the hotel and booking.com. Was overall a horrible and frustrating experience.
Alexander is a pretty good front desk staff member. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He handled everything efficiently and always greeted us with a warm smile. His service made our check-in experience smooth and welcoming, and it really left a positive impression of the hotel.
