Great staff
Nothin
My recent stay at Pyramid Hotel Albuquerque North exceeded expectations on every level. From the moment you walk in, the newly renovated property sets itself apart—not just as a hotel, but as an experience. The design thoughtfully weaves in the rich history and culture of New Mexico, with curated displays and storytelling elements throughout the property that make simply walking the halls feel engaging and unique.
The staff truly makes this place exceptional. Every interaction—front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage—was warm, attentive, and genuine. You can tell there’s a strong culture of hospitality here, and it shows in the consistency of service.
Dining at 5151 Restaurant was a highlight of the stay. The menu is well-crafted, offering a refined take on regional and contemporary cuisine. The food was excellent, the presentation was on point, and the overall atmosphere struck a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. It’s the kind of place you’d visit even if you weren’t staying at the hotel.
The lobby bar is equally impressive—easily one of the best in the area. The cocktail program is elevated, with knowledgeable mixologists who clearly take pride in their craft. It’s a sophisticated yet welcoming space, perfect for unwinding or meeting colleagues.
Convenience is another strong point. The on-site Starbucks is ideal for a quick start to the day, and the sundries store is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need without having to leave the property.
Overall, Pyramid Hotel delivers a rare combination of character, quality, and service. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this is a property that not only meets expectations—but leaves a lasting impression.
It was very upscale. It had lots of nice things. The staff was very nice, the location felt premium. But it just didn't feel like I was family. It felt like I stayed at a cousins house that I wasn't allowed to be loud in or have fun. Everything felt business and serious.

The food and the staff were amazing!
I recently stayed at Marriott Para North in New Mexico for the second time, and once again it was amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the location is perfect; close to downtown but not right in the middle of the busy city, with shopping just up the road.
A huge thank you to Savannah for going above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so attentive and helpful throughout the stay. She truly made the experience even better.
I will definitely be back next time I’m in New Mexico!
Isaac - went out of his way to make our stay great
Horrible
Everything
Shower leaked onto floor, and unfortunately the pool was closed. Otherwise a great room and stay. We plan to be back after the renovation is done.
Bed was comfortable and modern room design was nice. Room was spcious
A/c was leaking all over floor. Used bar of soap was in our shower upon arrival. No blankets in room for sofa bed. Hotel under enormous remodel so lol facilities were not available and was basically a dusty shell.
Great location, the interior atrium was very nice. Good food and bev in restaurant, clean and well appointed gym.
Staff was not as helpful during registration. I booked with a 3rd party, had a reservation #. The staff couldn't find my name, 3 peope got involved to try to find the registration, then 10+ minutes later they said, "Oh, the names were backwards, that happens alot." Then why didn't they try that 2nd after trying my name the right way? At the end of a long day of work and travel, waiting for 3 people to find my reservation was not ideal. Also, my room was on the main floor by an exit door to the parking lot. Worst location in the hotel, in my opinion. Was told the hotel was completely booked and I couldn't switch rooms. I probably won't book here again. Too many other options.
Pedi 2 camas King e só tinha 1 cama e um sofá cama.
No site pedi com café da manhã. Na confirmação veio sem o café e falhei em não conferir. Fiquei frustrado neste quesito.
If you love a hotel that’s in the middle of a glow-up, this one’s for you! Renovations are underway, and I had the pleasure of staying in one of the refreshed rooms. It was stylish and comfortable—though it could have used a little extra TLC in the cleaning department. Still, progress is progress!
Now, about the soundtrack of your stay:
I-25 Serenade – Depending on your room, you might get an unexpected symphony of semis downshifting through the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. If not, pack earplugs.
Atrium Ambiance – The bar and restaurant bring life to the hotel, which is great… unless you need to be up early. Revelers tend to wrap up around midnight, so plan accordingly. Events can amplify the noise, so check the calendar if you’re noise-sensitive.
Staff-wise, most were friendly and helpful, though the front desk seemed a little… over it. Maybe they’ve heard one too many questions about the construction.
Pros
Renovated rooms are modern and comfortable.
Lively atmosphere with bar and restaurant.
Most staff are helpful and accommodating.
Cons
Ongoing construction (temporary, but noticeable).
Highway noise from I-25 can be disruptive.
Noise from atrium and events may affect early risers.
Front desk service felt less welcoming.
