Great location for our family of 6 to rest on our trip. Very nice breakfast the next morning.
Really everything
Very clean
It looks dated
I turned on the HEAT AND THE SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF and wouldnt quit told front desk they said you check out today! We will fix it when you leave but it smelled burnt and everything!
I did not have breakfast but my son and husband said it was pretty decent. The beds were super comfortable. Price was decent.
Son and husband went to the pool area and were disappointed with the Jacuzzi as it reeked so bad of chlorine they could not sit in it long. I felt the rooms could have been a little bit cleaner
Price
I'm not sure who is writing good reviews on this hotel, but I'm fairly certain they are getting paid to do it.
I expected the room to be a little uncomfortable based on the pricing, but I did not expect there to be drug use insode the building in the hallways in front of my family, which includes my 2 year old granddaughter. We left immediately and both the hotel and booking.com refused to refund us our money.
I find that unacceptable considering the fact that we had to leave for our own safety.
Absolutely disgusting hotel, and honestly this will also be the last time I use booking.com.
On top of the drug use right in front of us in the hallway where our room was located, there were pubic hairs left on the toilet, the toilet seat was broken, there was poop left in the playpen the offered us for my granddaughter, and the room smelled horribly of mildew.
The pictures shown on booking.com are not pictures of this hotels rooms.
I hope this prevents at least one person from making the same mistake I did.
Bed was very uncomfortable. The air didn’t work very well. It has stairs instead of an elevator, and it did not show that on the website.
Road trips are fun and living on the road can be difficult. I would recommend this Comfort Inn to any wearied traveler, as it served a wonderful waypoint into Wild and Wonderful Wheeling, West Virginia. Front Desk was excellent and even provided me with the pictured pleasant bedroom view.
I also loved the long, low hallway seemingly out of a Charles Bronson flick. And most of all, I appreciated the myriad trashcans and cigarette butt stands and ashtrays. This was the cleanest hotel I experienced along my entire trip - in big part because they provided access for people to be people and clean up after themselves. I dig that. And I super digged this Comfort Inn!
The pool
Clean, very comfortable, and the staff is always helpful. My daugher is going to West Liberty and this is my go-to hotel in the area.
Everything was good, no complaints.
The lady upfront and even the man on Night Shift plus the few housekeeping maids made my stay and for ppl like them, i'll always be thankful for what!
Very noisy I didn’t care for the bar in the front
