The hotel and location.
THE VERY VERY RUDE SECURITY GUARDS. THE TALL WHITE MALE SECURITY GUARD AND THE BLACK LADY SECURITY GUARD. They were very rude just randomly walking up to people who are guests and asking them if they stayed in the hotel and the black lady was very rude with her demeanor and very aggressive if you stay at this hotel watch out for these two security staff they're despicable!
Great place for a staycation night when rates are cheap on Sunday nights
Place was hopping for some reason and elevator wait times were long and crowded
The entrance to the hotel is tiny and it was blocked by limos so I could not even enter. My wife had to go talk to them because there were no Hilton employees there to help guests or take our luggage. I was just able to squeeze in. They were always there. The lobby is up two flights of stairs. I went up and found the luggage carts locked up. I had to go to the front desk and request a bellman. Then I had to drive to the lower depths of the cramped underground garage to park, for the ridiculous fee of $75 a day. But wait, it’s not really a fee but that is what it costs to park there for a day. My bill was $58 because we stayed less than 24 hours. Paying through the hotel gives you in and out privileges. Waymos and Ubers are everywhere, parking is a problem. The room was nice and everything worked, but why do we get only a half roll of toilet paper? Never had that before. I did not get the Bay View, instead I have a view of a long queue of people lined up for the Guatemalan embassy on the street below from early in the morning. But the neighborhood is OK for SF. The Ferry Building is within walking distance. Chinatown is next door. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Elevators were good. If I had to go to San Francisco again I would stay here.
My boyfriend and I had the worst experience here. Weirdest smell in hall way and our room! Why charge 8 dollars for each bottle of water when we have purchase the room? Seems like these company is money hungry. Also why pay another $60 something dollars on parking when we book room. Our bathroom still had peed on seats when we just got inside our room we didn’t feel comfortable and clean booking this hotel. Wish we can get our money back and our parking back waste of money and time!
Beautiful view, perfect location
The tv was broken, but staff members immediately gave us a new room.
Nice and clean great location
Вид с окна!
Rooms are updated and clean and I loved the view from my room. I had a concern in the parking garage. Front desk helped me by having security come down and check the area before I got out and retrieved my items out of my car and escorted me upstairs which I was very thankful for.
Upon checking out, the lady that assisted me tried to charge me $65 for parking without discussing it with me. I’m aware of the hotel parking fee which is why I got a parking ticket from the kiosk. I checked in around 3am and left at 1:30pm. I made sure to get a parking pass. She took my pass, charged me the full amount and I had to inform her that I wanted the parking pass back seeing that it would be less expensive $29. And there was no remote in my room 😊 not a big deal though because I went straight to sleep.
Los elevadores no sirvieron por 20 min cuando iva hacer el checa out
Location was top tier
Elevators need to come more frequently at night so it's not a long line.
The view
Elevator doesn’t work correctly, constantly taking you the wrong floor. Bathtub clogged up with first use
The Asian American Media Conference was held in Hilton so I decided to stay at Hilton the night before the conference.
