Nie otrzymałem wyższego piętra mimo że o to prosiłem a hotel nie był w pełni obłożony. Hotel ma już swoje lata i nie jest to dobry standard do jakich jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni w Europie. Max 3 gwiazdki. Bardzo brudne okna. Trudno nawet było zrobić zdjęcie. Przy następnej wizycie w SF raczej już nie skorzystam.

Staff was rude. Didn’t honor my Hilton honors gold status. Told me “not at this property” in regards to my free breakfast.
Great location. It’s a little different than the fisherman‘s wharf which I’ve been to multiple times. I like the fact it was at the intersection of Chinatown and the Italian section where there were lively restaurants and bars at night.

I thought the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
I just didn’t like the additional money that I had to pay for parking my car. It would’ve been $60 some dollars at the hotel but across the street was half that.
Perfect location -- close to Chinatown, North Beach, and a BART station. Also, good value, comfortable room, nice gym, and a great view of North Beach from my room. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean and safe SF was; the city has definitely cleaned up under its new mayor.
It would have been great to have had breakfast included. Methinks Wifi should also be free for guests; I had it for free because I am a Hilton Honors member, though.
Bay view was exceptional. Love the charm of the neighborhood and delicious restaurant offerings. Also, who knew there were so many green spaces in San Francisco.
When I checked in, the room I was given was not right (did not have a bay view), but that was corrected upon my request.
