With the booking they put us in a room right beside an elevator which you could hear going up and down. The room was so small we could barely fit our luggage in. We asked for a different room, none available , but when you checked on line they did have rooms available. Went down stairs to discuss this, had to pay for an upgrade originally wanted an extra $80 a night which I complained about a lot but since we are members we ended up paying an extra $10 a night. The hotel is showing its age, a lot. Staff was nice, especially the breakfast staff. Not sure if we would stay there again.
