The quality of the hotel is amazing, what you see in the outside it what you get inside.

It was very close to everything. The room was spacious and clean.

It was ok nothing to rave about.
Pros:

Room was clean. The bathtub did not have a water stopper for a bath. When I called housekeeping I was informed it is provided only on a case by case basis upon request. They had to bring one to the room disturbing my evening.

Cons:

The elevator service was a long wait from the parking garage and the in the lobby as well. The front desk did not answer the phone when I called from the room on any occasion. When I went to the front desk because the ice machine was broken and was informed to "just go to another floor" they did not offer to have it delivered. I obviously was holding a small child and that was just plain rude,no apology for incovenience
