Pros:

The property was not what I had expected as a Kimpton but staff made up for it. GM was wonderful helping out with car rental issues. The man doing the valet was beyond walking on water. Thanks to both of them for all they did

Not what I expected for a King Kimpton. .

We enjoyed a family trip at a hotel that was clean, had a great atmosphere, and was conveniently located for sightseeing

Good and great location, but would not return at the same hotel.
Pros:

Location is very good, and the overall hotel quality is pretty good, but way too expansive, even for SF standards.

Cons:

Too expansive for what you get overall.
Breakfast is a bit of a joke: they sell you a room with "breakfast included", and that means you will get a $50 voucher to spend at the embedded restaurant which is ABSOLUTELY NOT ENOUGH for three people. Also, what's even worse, is that the voucher is the same as if you are 2 or 3 people (per room instead of per person). Which means, if you are 3 people the included breakfast means an orange juice and a bagel, no more than that.
SOLUTION: avoid getting the included breakfast package which is advertised and not really included.

Comfy beds and room was big. The restaurant was fantastic

Cons:

Very basic hotel for what we paid. Bedside power points were broken so I couldn’t charge my phone, no other outlets available, I was told ‘they won’t be fixed’, asked for a bowl and cutlery - no. Aircon was very noisy. They take US$200 per night security hold which is HUGE!! All in all I was quite disappointed.

Très belle expérience au Alton Kimpton de Fisherman's Wharf
Pros:

Tout, à commencer par la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble de l'équipe (des personnes à la réception jusqu'aux agents d'entretien, tous étaient très chaleureux et professionnels), mais nous avons également apprécié la propreté irréprochable de la chambre et, de façon plus générale de l'hôtel dans son ensemble, le vaste espace et l'équipement de la chambre, l'emplacement, etc. Tout était parfait pour nous ! Merci beaucoup à toutes et tous !

De kamer lijkt groter op foto dan in het echt, er was amper plaats om jouw valiezen open te leggen. De kamer zelf was wel heel netjes!
