I’ve never had such a difficult time with communication, a reservation or finding a resolution.
Pros:

The front desk staff has been kind and attentive but unfortunately but did not have the ability to resolve any issues.

Cons:

I booked through a 3rd party and had issues with the reservation. Requested a conversation with hotel management and they did not call or email me back after 3 requests. Booking.com also called and emailed and they did not respond. I had to initiate another request a few days later and be the intermediary between booking.com and the hotel. Requested a full refund and they would not honor. I am still in the process of finding a resolution over a week later. I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Quiet rooms, great room layout, best coffee in the lobby. Loved the eclectic options such as bringing a plant to your room and the record player. Happy hour beverage hit the spot after a day of travel.

Cons:

The guy who got my suitcase out of luggage storage was lurking for a tip. Dude, you rolled my suitcases 3 feet.

Ideal location. Lovely hotel.

Ideal location. Lovely environment. The rooms were so quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the ambiance lighting options and the records and record player were a fun touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only damper on our experience was the bell hop gentleman during check in. I asked if he would take a luggage cart to my husband so he could unload the car while I checked in and he refused. He sat at his booth and watched me wheel it to the car. Then after we had freshened up and were heading to dinner he complained to us that we hadn’t brought the cart back to him. It really made us feel unwelcome. If we removed this person from our experience the stay and staff were ideal.

De wijn en bier die iedere dag werd aangeboden in de lobby, waren leuke momenten om andere hotelgasten te leren kennen. Zulke sociale events zijn een meerwaarde

Pros:

The Location

Cons:

Very poor Rooms and cleanses not that much good , the break fast terrible, they are giving coupons to Resturant which you have to pay more than the breakfast out site even you have paid when you have booked. No coffee machine in the room even no kettle

Les chambres sont propres et jolies, le lit est bon et la sdb confortable

Cons:

Les femmes de ménages qui entrent dans la chambre à 8.30 pour le House keeping . Le prix du restaurant : Les taxes additionnelles au petit déjeuner :
20% pour les employés, 10% de taxes supplémentaires (?) 5% pour la Health San Francisco et on demande encore un pourboire, bref de 124 on est passé à 168$ pour un petit déjeuner à 4

Made reso mo the ago. Asked for a view. Got room on 1st floor looking at the workout room. So awful
