Pros:

The Location

Cons:

Very poor Rooms and cleanses not that much good , the break fast terrible, they are giving coupons to Resturant which you have to pay more than the breakfast out site even you have paid when you have booked. No coffee machine in the room even no kettle

Cons:

Les femmes de ménages qui entrent dans la chambre à 8.30 pour le House keeping . Le prix du restaurant : Les taxes additionnelles au petit déjeuner :
20% pour les employés, 10% de taxes supplémentaires (?) 5% pour la Health San Francisco et on demande encore un pourboire, bref de 124 on est passé à 168$ pour un petit déjeuner à 4

Pros:

Made reso mo the ago. Asked for a view. Got room on 1st floor looking at the workout room. So awful

Cons:

Did not like the room, staff not open to moving us. Would not stay here again. Many better places.

Exceptional service and location. Vehicles are kept secure and staff was welcoming.

Extremely well kept, felt safe and staff was welcoming.

Cons:

Not sure why they do not keep their self service coffee available longer than 9:00 am. It should be available until closer to checkout time of 11:00 am.

Cons:

The hotel entrance, rooms, hallways, elevators were not clean. I did not feel safe with my hotel room being street level.

Disaster
Pros:

The guys who helped with the car were awesome, they even helped with directions for us.

Cons:

I had called prior to our stay and let them know there was a mistake that they had used my old last name and to please change it. All my cards were changed to my married last name, they assured me they would take care of it. I also asked them to put a heart of rose pedals on the bed. (which was not done). My husband was so upset the whole trip with the mix up of the name, we argued the whole time, I was told they were going to fix it and they did not we are close to divorce now. Thank you for this

Excellent
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff were accommodating, and the restaurant on site was great. The valet was nice, and it had a good view of the city from our room. The free wine and beer in the evening was a nice touch!

Cons:

I can't say anything negative but it would be nice if they had an espresso machine and a bigger snack area since stores are not near the hotel.
