Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
Les produits sont de qualités et bien préparés.
Les chambre sont spacieuses ( même à 3 avec un enfants).
Le personnel est compétent et efficace.
La piscine ( chauffée) et la salle de sport sont très bien.

Cons:

Pas grand chose... Le seul point faible est la climatisation réversible qui est très efficaces et facile à regler mais bruyante.

Pros:

Clean and new. Great location for those who want to explore SF without a car.

Cons:

The hotel has a very unreasonable policy. We booked a room for three people with breakfast included; however, only two of us were allowed to have breakfast. The third guest was required to pay an additional $35 plus tax. Additionally, The double beds were extremely narrow, making it impossible for two adults to sleep comfortably

A great business hotel for me
Pros:

Conveniently sited close to California st cable car, restaurants and on high ground with commanding overlook views of SF. Room upgrades were pleasant . Nice well lit gym with view of the pool and deck

Pros:

Best service from the front desk. Melanie figure out that the jacket left near by in the lounge belonged to me even without any identification inside. She called my cell to say it would be held at the front desk when I returned.
