Zentrales Hotel, sehr gut gelegen
Pros:

Sehr zentral, gutes, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer sauber, weiche Bettwäsche, Mobiliar in die Haare gekommen.

Great Value , Great Location, Great Room and Great Staff … Thank you!
Pros:

Great location . We could see Alcatraz from our rooms view. Secure easily accessible parking garage was a big plus . Convenient and easy access to a smoking area was appreciated . Room was very clean and all interactions with staff were pleasant. Exceeded my expectations fully .

Cons:

The only thing that we wished we had was a microwave in our room but one was available in the main lobby area.

AVOID if i was you. IF YOU LOVE THE SMELL OF WEED THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU.
Pros:

**READ BEFORE YOU BOOK** There isn't a lot we liked about this hotel in all honesty. The rooms were small and need an update. The place feels really old. Staff are ignorant. They argued about the rooms not all having breakfast included. My kids did not qualify for the kids breakfast (Under 11) So would have to pay for an adult breakfast.

**AVOID this hotel** Well where do i start. The room is advertised as breakfast included. This is not true. You're told upon arrival that only 2 of us qualified out of 4 of us. So my children aged 14 & 12 did not get breakfast. But they are at an age that needed to be paid for as an adult. We have 2 girls that eat tiny amounts of food. Still we was told we would have to pay as an adult for these 2. The hotel reception staff said 'argue it with booking.com, not us'. The hotel has constant smell of weed that is being smoked out in the car park, and its constant. The place does not feel safe to bring your family here. There are a lot of homeless around, lots of weed smokers and the kids don't get fed!!
