Fix the Coffee and Breakfast
Pros:

The location and safe parking lot.

Cons:

The breakfast included was not worth the value and the quality was terrible. The worst coffee I have ever had in a Holiday Inn. Also to charge extra for more then two people is not worth what the hotel charges.

Pros:

This hotel was very comfortable. The amenities and location made it a convenient choice. The beds were great after a long day going around the city. I appreciated the market and dining were open later than many hotels are and was never too busy. There is a great cafe around the corner and the California cable car also. It's about 15 minutes to Union square by car. Parking was also good and easy for bringing your car and going in/out all day.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Loved the corner room with all the windows. Will stay again, in a higher room.

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included, like every other Holiday Inn I stayed at, and there were a lot of them. This one did not include breakfast and it was very pricey. Not good. That was a turn off. It should automatically be included in the price of your stay.

Excelente atención del personal, habitaciones limpias, desayuno bufet muy completo.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que la habitación, tenga dos camas como había solicitado y me habían respondido que atenderían de acuerdo a disponibilidad.
