Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Many guests called rooms 'clean' and 'schoon', but multiple reports of missed housekeeping (no cleaning for 3 nights), paint splatter in remodeled bathrooms, and a dirty pool produce mixed cleanliness impressions.
Service
8.9
Staff described as 'very accommodating' and 'great' by several guests and assisted with last-minute room needs; however a few complaints (unwelcoming check-in, manager handling of bed mix-up, inconsistent front desk follow-up) temper the score.
Location
9.3
Location repeatedly praised (good for wedding, close to downtown, near golf course) and cited as a primary positive in many reviews.
Room Quality
7.7
Beds and comfort praised ('comfortable bed', 'clean comfortable room'), but issues reported with loud AC, unplugged/fridge problems, chipped paint and worn doors, and some sloppy remodel work.
Amenities
7.6
Gym and large pool noted positively, but pool cleanliness complaints, lack of hot tub, and a frequently understaffed/non-functioning restaurant/coffee service lowered the amenities rating.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests said the hotel was a 'great price' and a good deal compared with alternatives (e.g., Airbnb); some service/amenity gaps noted but overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
6.4
Food experiences were inconsistent: some found breakfast 'good' or 'delicious', while others reported cold/overcooked items, slow service, overpriced/terrible breakfast, and a non-functioning restaurant or absent lobby coffee.
Overall Experience
9.3
Despite a mix of complaints (housekeeping inconsistencies, some service and F&B problems), many guests reported enjoyable stays, clean/comfortable rooms, and staff who helped in difficult situations, leading to a generally positive overall impression.
