Would not stay at this location again. I was disappointed about my stay.
Pros:

I booked a king size bed and I ended up in a two queen bed room. When I talked to the front desk staff about making it right the manager only offered 20% of the first night. I did not think that was fair.

Cons:

Breakfast was good.

There has to be a better hotel for the money in the area. I just failed to book one.

The best thing about this hotel was the bed. Outstanding! The air conditioning also worked like a champ.

Cons:

We stayed four days and only had maid service twice. This wasn’t communicated up front, so I am still not sure if it was an oversight or was an intentional plan. Check in was not particularly welcoming. There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom besides one towel bar on the shower door. No place to put hand towels other than on the (too small) sink counter. I should have booked a place with free breakfast, but that’s on me. They had a “restaurant” but it appeared to be barely staffed and I witnessed another guest lose their temper and yell “there is no one working here!” It was relatable. They were also out of lobby coffee that morning and it was clear it wasn’t getting replaced (I waited ten minutes).

Great Staff and Hotel Stay
Pros:

Great stay. Staff were very accommodating. We had our airbnb cancel on us the day before arriving, DoubleTree got us two rooms and were a much better deal than our airbnb. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.
