Great stay for downtown sporting events nearby!
Pros:

The complimentary happy hour reception in the evening was great!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about actually. Maybe the only feedback to offer would be thicker comforters for the rooms so we would have been warmer at night.

Cons:

Worst hotel experience EVER! We didn’t have enough towels to begin with. Then our room wasn't clean the next day. We had all dirty towels then when I told the front desk they said housekeeping would stop by and NEVER did! All of our trash bins in the room was completely full. We only had 1 roll of tissue throughout our whole stay since housekeeping didn't stop by. They said housekeeping would stop by and clean our room and give us towels but they didn't! We WILL NOT be staying at this Hotel again when we come in town!

The pool area is great, and the staff were wonderful, but facilities and cleanliness could be a bit better.

Dirty, complementary breakfast was very limited, had to pay for parking even when we were staying, $200 deposit that we were not told if we would get back, so although it appeared to be the best deal we ended up paying $337 plus 11.99 for parking and this was only for one night.

Cons:

My rooms air conditioning didn’t work. Stayed 78 in the room all night which made it hard to sleep being so hot. I was pool side so I couldn’t open a window for cooler air. The front desk clerks were crabby and seemed to hate their job. The ice machine was out of order.
