The location was definitely a plus, it was very convenient being so close to the Mall of America and made everything eas

What I liked about the property was its convenient location, especially being so close to the Mall of America. It made it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that the overall experience didn’t match what I expected. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the hot tub and water area, but the hot tub was out of service the entire stay, which was really disappointing. The pool was also extremely cold the first night—almost unbearable—and the chlorine seemed very strong, to the point it was burning our eyes.

There were also a few smaller issues that added up. The ice machine right by our room wasn’t working, and when we requested an ice bucket, it was never brought to us—we ended up having to go get it ourselves hours later.

Service was a bit inconsistent as well. One of the daytime staff members was very kind and helpful, but our experience in the evening wasn’t the same and felt unwelcoming.

Overall, it just didn’t feel as comfortable or well-maintained as I had anticipated.

Disappointed and tired!!
Pros:

The gentleman that checked me out was nice.

Cons:

First you are not located at the Mall of America. Second I had to walk to your property in a snow storm and when I called for direction because you couldn’t see the sign in the blizzard, I was told they really didn’t know the direction. Third, there was mold all over the bath. I have pictures. Finally, a single person coming in from a cancelled flight doesn’t want to have a poolside room with yelling parents and children having loud fun!!

When checking in was told the hot tub wasn’t working which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Had to ask for the bedding for the pull out couch and a hair dryer. Had to ask for towels for the pool there were none. Why do they charge you to park for a parking spot that is nothing special? Just regular spot. Not secure or anything. I knew upon booking there was no breakfast but would be great if it was offered.

Wouldn’t stay here again because of staff

It was very clean, and the pool was great for the kids

Cons:

The staff was horrible, they were extremely mean yelling at myself, and other customers repeatedly on multiple nights. Such a shame for such a nice hotel with such bad staff.

Not Good for a Park and Fly
Pros:

We used the park, sleep, and fly package. I would not recommend it. The hotel itself was fine for our needs. The shuttle over to the airport on a Saturday morning was fine, but getting picked up from the airport was not. I called and was told it would be about 10 minutes to be picked up. They sent a text with a tracker. The driver made a couple back and forth trips to and from the hotel before picking us up. My initial call was at 5:47 pm. We were finally picked up about an hour later. I had to call once more in between. Another couple had called 20 minutes prior to me. They finally gave up and got an Uber. When you are coming back from a trip and just want to get to your car, you don't want to have to wait an hour for the shuttle to show up. I saw many other hotel guest get picked up in a timely manner. One shuttle even made two trips in the time we were still waiting. Look elsewhere if you want the park and fly feature.
