Wouldn’t stay here again because of staff
Pros:

It was very clean, and the pool was great for the kids

Cons:

The staff was horrible, they were extremely mean yelling at myself, and other customers repeatedly on multiple nights. Such a shame for such a nice hotel with such bad staff.

Not Good for a Park and Fly
Pros:

We used the park, sleep, and fly package. I would not recommend it. The hotel itself was fine for our needs. The shuttle over to the airport on a Saturday morning was fine, but getting picked up from the airport was not. I called and was told it would be about 10 minutes to be picked up. They sent a text with a tracker. The driver made a couple back and forth trips to and from the hotel before picking us up. My initial call was at 5:47 pm. We were finally picked up about an hour later. I had to call once more in between. Another couple had called 20 minutes prior to me. They finally gave up and got an Uber. When you are coming back from a trip and just want to get to your car, you don't want to have to wait an hour for the shuttle to show up. I saw many other hotel guest get picked up in a timely manner. One shuttle even made two trips in the time we were still waiting. Look elsewhere if you want the park and fly feature.

Okay for price- just wish it was a bit better.
Pros:

Pool is obviously a huge hit with the kids!

Cons:

Although the pool was nice, the amount of pee in the pool from the kids was unsettling- the water was definitely discolored and you can tell needs a cleaning. Rooms were nice!- big- spacious- and clean but though-out the night the heater kicked in and out and when it didn't blow hot air it blew cold air- leaving me any my younger kids hot and cold all night long. So yeah, 150$ with the pool?- cool! But you sacrifice your sleep. Not to mention this place use-to have a AWESOME breakfast. They replaced breakfast with a temu Starbucks? .... this was my go to place when I came here but my family hasn't been back in a while- not to sure if we will be back again.

Great park , sleep and fly !
Pros:

Great kiddie pool and great shuttle to airport for park and ride. Our 1 year old granddaughter loved it. Definitely will stay again!

Good Renovations, but Consistency and Extra Fees are Issues
Pros:

I have stayed at this property twice in the last few weeks. While there is a lot of potential here, there are a few things travelers should know before booking.
• Room Quality: It is a night-and-day difference between the old rooms and the renovated ones. In the older rooms, noise insulation is poor; I could hear people in the hallway at all hours. The newer rooms on the lower level are much improved and far more peaceful.
• Hidden Costs: Be aware that there is a daily parking fee that isn't clearly disclosed until check-in.
• Amenities: The "pantry" or food selection at the front desk is very limited. Plan to bring your own snacks or eat before you get to the hotel.
• The Pool/Hot Tub: Great layout for families, but it seems to have frequent maintenance "hiccups." It was down during both of my stays. The staff is very honest and communicative about it, but it's something to keep in mind.
Pro Tip: Request a renovated room away from the elevators to avoid the hallway noise, and double-check the current pool status before you pack the swimsuits!

Very nice stay! We will return.
Pros:

It was nice to have 24 hour shuttle service. Beds were comfortable. The front desk woman was kind of enough to hold our bags so we could go to MOA. When we returned she was kind enough to finish fully with us even though she had a line building. Thank You!

Cons:

Pool area was very loud.

Cold pool. Poor signage. The children accompanied by an adult were chased out of the hot tub.

Paid parking but this was not advertised on the website.
