Very nice stay! We will return.
Pros:

It was nice to have 24 hour shuttle service. Beds were comfortable. The front desk woman was kind of enough to hold our bags so we could go to MOA. When we returned she was kind enough to finish fully with us even though she had a line building. Thank You!

Cons:

Pool area was very loud.

Cold pool. Poor signage. The children accompanied by an adult were chased out of the hot tub.

Paid parking but this was not advertised on the website.

Great location, spoiled by staff that doesn’t want to be there.
Pros:

The location is the only reason to stay here.

Cons:

The room I was given was so FAR away from the office. And more importantly the staff simply doesn’t care.
I was told my shuttle would available to 5:30 am. I arrive at 5:20 am and not a person to be found. I asked a worker at the breakfast area and he said I don’t where the front clerk is at and walked away. The front clerk arrived 15 mins later and say it’s cold up front so he was in the back staying warm. And that my shuttle was full, I’d have to wait till 6am without an apology or care. HORRIBLE is service.

Pros:

Location was great and rooms very nice.

Cons:

It was listed there was free breakfast, but there was none. We had to drive off property when it was -30 wind chill temperatures. Cars were not starting.
There was a shuttle to the mall, but it also went to the airport. It would state it was 20 minutes and then show up an hour later. We had to stand out in the freezing cold waiting to see. The hotel did not answer phone calls.

Cons:

No continental breakfast and to top it you have to pay doe parking whenever you are renting a eoim that was so stupid and the pullout bed was so bad I couldn't sleep I know for a fact I won't stay there again it is not worth it and I am going to tell friends family and co workers.
