The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The beds were listed as queen when they were full-size beds. We didn't have any body wash, shampoo or conditioner even though we asked for it to be brought to the room. We didn't like the balcony for the room was inside the pool area.

Clean, comfortable room.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, I was there attending a conference so I did not use much of the amenities. I did appreciate that my room was quiet and comfortable after a long day.

Cons:

The breakfast bar did not have any hot items, only grab and go. I try to eat a higher protein breakfast in the morning and it was mostly cereal, bread and muffins. But that was minor in comparison to the entire experience.

Front desk Staff member that checked us in was fantastic. The kids loved the pool area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Staff was excellent and friendly. Room were very nice. Air conditioner was cold just how we like it.
Didn't like that we have to pay for parking. Overpriced snacks.
