Nice place for a kids vacation right by Mall of America, but no service.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, ridiculously small area with long lines. Too small for the large hotel.

Cons:

Maid service! They didn't even empty the garbage ever even though we requested service each day! And they brought clean towels in only once after two requests and left the dirty ones there all week. We asked for daily service, we sure didn't get that

Cons:

The full experience was awful. Staff was rude, they gave our rooms away and put us in a standard room. Which was gross - hair on towels in bathroom; stains everywhere. Was told the next day the room I reserved we would be moved too and was put in an another room that was not what we reserved. Then was told the room we reserved they gave away and could not accommodate. I booked my stay 3 months in advance.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also good with a nice selection. My only complaint was that the room had a slight odor, almost as if smoking had been allowed there at one point. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

Sn: The shuttle service had some delays, possibly due to staffing shortages, and one of the shuttles lost air conditioning, which was a bit of a bummer. However, Mall of America is literally across the street, so it wasn’t too inconvenient.

Starting off they changed my room that I booked that didn't accommodate us, without making me aware, and did not change the price. I paid the same amount. I slept in my car so that my other guest could sleep in the 2 queen beds. We couldn't relax in the hot tub because it was full of little children the entire time till the pool area closed. The room was hot and humid and the thermostat was set at 68 degrees cool. Waited for someone to come and assist, nobody came. The guy at the front desk offered us a cot, I didn't pay to sleep on a cot, on the floor or in my car. Then a kid that was above us ran through the room till about 1am! Which is when i went to my car.
This was my first time visiting Minnesota. It was so bad we checked out at 8:30am

It was close to Mall of America. Staff were nice. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Our room had a filthy air vent in bathroom that didn’t work nor did the light over the shower it flickered if turned switch on. The handle on shower was loose and had to figure out how to swing it to get temp right. Reported to front desk. The pullout couch mattress was like sleeping on springs for my Daughter. The hot tub was broken the first night but they fixed the second night.
