Pros:

Location super cool, room is clean, comfortable.

Cons:

Shower problems, had to run water and wait for 15 minutes to get warm. Due to the location, nights can be noisy! No breakfast included in the (quite high) price.

It was good location but for being the Crown Plaza it could have been better. Service felt like mid.

I stay here every chance I get. Love the view from the room and location.
Pros:

Best location.. right on the beach with a walking( sidewalk) that is right in front of hotel. Love the open air bar with lots of outdoor sitting. Restaurant is good too. Staff is nice nice and helpful. Dogs are welcome so I’ve met some nice owners and dogs. Walking distance to fair grounds.

Cons:

It is noisy due to train and 101 freeway. The air conditioner was also noisy and left the balcony wet all over. I reported it to staff. The elevator got stuck on the ride to our room. I reported it to staff.

Stay was fair at best the location was top knotch and staff was great but the property is dated and lacked capital inves
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Poorly maintained , ice machine only on odd number floors , curtains had holes in them ,carpet was soiled ,AC was leaking water on the balcony which is a safety hazard and open to possible liable.

Friendly staff

Cons:

Towel service for the pool. I had to ask someone where the towels were kept. There is no signage that you had to pick up from the front desk.
