Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit Köln Sightseeing und anschliessender Kreuzfahrt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe des westlichen Rheinufers. Etwa auf gleicher Höhe am östlichen Rheinufer ist die Anlegestelle der Rheinkreuzfahrtschiffe, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss über die Deutzer oder Severinsbrücke oder eine kurze Fahrt mit einem Über. Das ist natürlich praktisch wenn man eine solche antreten will. Das Hotel schien bei ähnlicher Lage günstiger als das von der Kreuzfahrtgesellschaft empfohlene.

Der Pool ist relativ groß, ausreichend um latenten Bewegungsmangel zu bekämpfen.

Очень хорошее расположение, прямо у набережной. Хороший завтрак, очень приятный в целом отель

Cons:

Нам не повезло и мы приехали когда был ремонт и не работал лифт, мы заселялись поздно, около полуночи, и сотрудник нам не объяснил как добраться до номера, в итоге нам пришлось с чемоданами несколько раз подниматься и спускаться, что было неприятно. Но нам потом за неудобства сделали бонус, хотелось бы правда что бы об этом предложили самостоятельно, а не когда мы уже сказали прямо. Моя мама на тот момент уже уехала, я бронировала номер для нее, а ей как раз это причинило больше всех неудобство.

Na ja....war früher besser...viele Probleme

Zimmer sind neu renoviert, Frühstück vielfältig

Cons:

Reinigung der Toilettennutzung vom Vorgänger nicht erfolgt..😠.. Toilette mit Spritzern in einem katastrophalen Zustand.... Rezeptionsmitarbeiter unfreundlich und nicht gerade kompetent....
Wir haben mit 8 Frauen gebucht und kurzfristig ist jemand ausgefallen (14 Tage vorher)...vom Hotel war niemand befugt etwas zu klären, vor Ort persönlich war es ebenfalls nicht möglich wenigstens eine Bestätigung zu erhalten, dass das Zimmer nicht in ein EZ umgewandelt werden konnte... Scheck-in über Automaten die nicht funktioniert haben obwohl 2 Personen Personal geholfen haben und auch die damit überfordert waren.....in 1 Zimmer lief bei normalen Duschen das Zimmer voll Wasser, ..1 Person hatte am nächsten Tag Geburtstag, es war nicht möglich für uns 7 Personen an der Rezeption für morgens beim Frühstück einen Platz zu reservieren, dass wir am Morgen des Geburtstags alle zusammen sitzen...was zum Glück morgens mit dem Speisesaal Personal geklappt hat.... kein Glückwunsch vom Hotel und auch keine Aufmerksamkeit

Dieses Hotel kann ich auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

An der Rezeption arbeiten zwei sehr freundliche Herren. Lage recht gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und Toilette und Dusche unpraktisch. Reinigung muss beauftragt werden. Das ist ja auch okay. Aber unser Zimmer wurde nach Beauftragung nicht gereinigt. Wenigstens bekamen wir frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das Frühstück ist miserabel, der Frühstücksraum sehr eng und die Bediensteten sind sehr laut. Es hört sich an, wie wenn das Geschirr und Besteck herumgeworfen würde. Wlan kaum verfügbar.

Uhm beetje gekke indeling douche / badkamer gelijk als je binnenkomt kan alleen afgeschermd worden door een gordijn
Ja prima op gelost voor de kleine ruimte alleen ook als je het raam open wilt zetten zie je voor je een soort kantoor wat zo naar binnen kijkt

Csodás helyen, profi segítőkész személyzet
Pros:

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Közelben a csoki múzeum, mustár múzeum, és egy kihagyhatatlan helyi étterem... A Rajna parti séta is csodás. A Dóm is sétatávolságon belül van, az óvároson keresztül.

Cons:

Nekem az automata vendégtájékoztató rendszer nem tetszett. A McDonaldsban se szeretem az érintőképernyős ételrendelést, és itt se jkött be az, hogy Nekem kellett becsekkolnom így.
