Ruhiges Zimmer für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein, zumindest bei offenem Fenster. Ruhige Lage und ruhiges Zimmer. Recht ordentlicher Pool zur freien Nutzung. Nachhaltigkeit und Zimmerschlüssel aus Holz.

Cons:

Ziemlich kleines Zimmer. Deckenlampe war kaputt.

Pros:

Nette schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Fles douchegel was leeg. Afvoerputje van wasbak stonk. Toegewezen parkeerplaats onder hotel was zo krap dat ik niet kon uitstappen zonder beschadiging van spiegel.

There was free drinking water in the lobby areaa

Cons:

During the night a fire alarm went on at 5am and we went back in the hotel around 5:30am without much chance to sleep any more.
In the morning they told us it was a false alarm…and they did not offer and rejected any compensation when asked for.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage in Rheinnähe. Schokoladenmuseum und historische Senfmühle nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Altstadt und Dom bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und habe es gleich wieder für einen Besuch im Herbst gebucht. Mittlerweile ist es an der Rezeption fast durchdigitalisiert. es ist halt ein Hotel, dem man anmerkt, dass dort Menschen für überwiegend kurze Zeit unterkommen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig und völlig ausreichend, ohne großen Schnickschnack gewesen.

Cons:

Bei Frühstücksbuffet hat die Auswahl etwas gelitten.

Cons:

Ein komplett digitaler Check-in ist sicherlich modern. Allerdings haben mir Informationen gefehlt, zum Beispiel stand in keiner Email-Bestätigung oder digitalem Key eingetragen, dass ich Frühstück mitgebucht (und bezahlt) hatte. Im Gebäude haben mir zudem Wegweiser in den etwas wirren Treppenhäusern gefehlt, wo es zu welchen Zimmernummern geht. Nirgendwo stand geschrieben, von wann bis wann das Schwimmbad geöffnet ist (zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr geschlossen!) , ...
