雖然抱怨過的問題，但仍然是值得推薦的好飯店，所以我才會兩次出差都與同事選擇這間飯店

地點離老城區不遠，保有寧靜。去河邊散步也只是幾步路。

Cons:

房間清潔雖然上網登記或是櫃檯登記，仍然沒有清潔，這點很讓人沮喪。

Die Lage ist super wenn man ohne Auto reist. Das Frühstück ist prima und das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen.

Cons:

Das Personal konkret der Mitarbeiter der beim Einchecken anwesend war, soll an seiner Freundlichkeit gegenüber Hotelgäste noch arbeiten. Er wirkte genervt und das war beim Einchecken keim angenehmes Gefühl.

Das Zimmer (311) war grundsätzlich wie immer toll aber die Türe zur Dusche schließt nicht und die Halterung der Klopapierrolle muss wieder ordentlich befestigt werden.

Seul personnel agréable et compétent, les dames qui s'occupaient du petit déjeuner....Bonne literie

Cons:

La procédure d'enregistrement comprenait un lien impossible à ouvrir directement....Le personnel d'accueil est hautain, dédaigneux et peu serviable. Il ne fournit aucune information. Il faut tout demander et là encore les informations sont concises et peu claires. Ma fille vit dans ce pays et parle couramment allemand, cependant nous avions l'impression que cela em**rdait le personnel de nous parler.
La porte des wc de la piscine était dégondée pendant les deux jours de notre séjour et les serviettes de bain de piscine sales n'étaient pas ramassées et trainaient par terre à 7h du matin....
