Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage, direkt am Rhein...
Pros:

Sehr schöne Sauna, die gerade erst erneuert wurde, inklusive Pool, in dem man sich entspannen kann. Sehr gut, wenn man nicht nur zum Sightseeing nach Köln kommt.

Un point de chute pour visiter Cologne
Pros:

Hôtel propre et matelas confortable.

Cons:

Enregistrement à faire soi-même à l’entrée via un écran tactile qui nous demander beaucoup de questions personnelles.

Sous prétexte d’écologie, il faut demander pour que notre chambre soit faite chaque jour.

La partie restaurant ainsi que la piscine étaient en chantier à mon arrivée.

Not a hotel I would recommend to friends or family.

The bed was fine.

Cons:

On arrival, we checked in ourselves through the computer screens. Didn't meet a soul. There were renovations going on at the ground floor. It was all very impersonal and nothing communicated about the work that was going on. When we left, we could not check out ourselves, the receptionist just said 'yes' and I gave him our card keys. He said: 'Okay, you can go'. No hello, goodbye, thanks for staying with us. No hospitality. There was also mold in the shower and the hand held shower holder was broken, so we could not adapt the height to an appropriate level. Kind of disappointing stay.

Pros:

Quiet location close to the old town, cathedral & central train station. Staff quite good.
Good secure garage

Cons:

Impersonal reception with check in machines. Ground floor does not have any relaxing spaces or warmth

Très bon séjour à Cologne
Pros:

L’emplacement est top
Appartement bien équipé suffisant pour quelques nuits ,entrée à part donc tranquillité et accès piscine proche ,impeccable

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas assez chauffée c’est bien dommage car elle rentre en ligne de compte à la réservation et j’imagine que le tarif de la nuitée la prend en compte

Pros:

Ich habe schon mehrfach in dem Hotel übernachtet. Für meinen Zweck ist es ideal, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Letztlich übernachte ich nur im Zimmer. Die Umstellung an der Rezeption auf Check-in und Checkout Automaten ist noch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Personal hilft dabei. Es macht die Sache eben auch etwas unpersönlicher.

Also die Lage war super, Zimmer und Frühstück auch gut. Schwimmbad zu kalt, Sauna neu aber nicht funktionstüchtig.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, Bett war sehr gemütlich, und alles soweit sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und schön am Rhein und nahe zum Schokoladen Museum. Frühstücksbuffet tipptopp.

Cons:

Schwimmbad eiskalt (war ein Kriterium warum ich eigentlich das Haus gebucht hatte). Die Sauna war auch aus, habe dann an der Rezeption gefragt ob sie an gemacht werden kann, da wurde aber leider gesagt, dass sie neu ist und noch nie an war und sie es nicht dürften. Enttäuschend. Heiße Dusche dann im Zimmer und dann hat der Föhn nach 10 Minuten versagt, schade.
