Pros:

Das Hotel macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Zum Heumarkt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten sind für uns immer sehr wichtig und wir haben gut gelegen. Kissen auch sehr angenehm.
Sogar einen Parkplatz haben wir noch bekommen, obwohl wir vorher nicht reserviert hatten.

Hotel mit zentraler Lage und guter Ausstattung.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage unmittelbar am Rhein.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist für die eingeschränkte Nutzung sehr hochpreisig. Der mir zugeteilte Parkplatz nach der Reservierung war aufgrund einer Wasserleitung in der Tiefgarage zu kurz.
Das Zimmer sollen ab 14:00 bezugsfertig sein. Mein Zimmer war um 14:30 noch nicht fertig.
Der Frühstücksraum war aufgrund von unzureichender Außenbeleuchtung sehr dunkel.

Las habitaciones estaban bien.
La única recepcionista agradable es la chica de pelo largo negro.
Los trabajadores de la sala de desayunos muy agradables.

Cons:

Pedir que limpien la habitación y que nadie te haya avisado de esto.
El desayuno demasiado caro para la variedad que ofrecen.
Imposible conectar el teléfono a la tele porque no llega el wifi.
Nadie contesta al teléfono de recepción, ni antes de la estancia, ni durante.
Un hotel de 4 estrellas sin acondicionador de pelo, ni cepillo ni pasta de dientes. La calidad del gel de ducha y la crema terribles.

Mooi gelegen dicht bij de Rijn kade.

Cons:

Tip: reserveer van tevoren een parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage.

Het was erg warm op de kamer en in het gehele hotel.

Das Empfangspersonal war Recht unhöflich bei Nachfragen oder Problemen im Zimmer. Es gab doofe Antworten verrollte Augen vom Mitarbeiter. Dies hat leider nur eine Person betroffen was sehr ärgerlich war.

Wie immer alles bestens! Tolle Lage, großes , sauberes Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, zu loben ganz besonders: es gibt hier Filterkaffee!!!!!
Tolles großes Schwimmbad, haben das Schwimmen genossen.
Praktisch, daß man das Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen kann, da man alles Wichtige Fußläufig erreichen kann.
