It quite and the staff was very helpful
It did not have enough options to watch on TV
Tv, phone and toilet Nonworking
It was clean
My bathroom door couldn’t close all the way Room#431. Also the fire alarm at 7 in the morning
Very nice room. Fitness center was very nice as well as pool.
Traffic noise seemed loud in room so did not sleep 💤 well😞
The staff was very friendly.
One thing I didn't like was the in-room dining. I ordered one night and paid cash. The next time I ordered and I wanted to pay cash, the delivery young lady acted like you couldn't pay cash. I would like to have an option of either one. I don't like additional fees to my card except for the room. Now, the next day, I went to breakfast, and they accepted cash at the front desk of $15. I also didn't like getting my food like it was an Uber Eats order.
Nothing!!!
Everything. Sink clogged, sheets dirty and food was not cooked. Deniece Coke is a horrible manager she did nothing to resolve this. I got the room for my son, his wife and my granddaughter because their power was out. My granddaughter is two months old. This is unacceptable. Paid for breakfast and by 9am food was gone and breakfast was gone and they stated they weren’t fixing anymore. They had the pork sausage and chicken sausage in the same chafing dish. She had a problem with my son having his legs on the chaise, what is a chaise for?
The property was close to the sporting event we attended. The staff were exceptionally courteous and responsive.
The shower curtain in the hotel room was atrocious, leading to water all over the floor. We were only staying for a night and leaving at 4 AM. We did not bother calling the front desk, but did let them know when we checked out.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed was quite comfortable along with the hot water in the shower which I love. We look forward to staying there the next time we’re in the area.
No complaints whatsoever
