Disappointing! Cleaning of the room and the premises overall was poor. I noticed the same dirty spots in the bathroom for a number of days, so obviously no one cleaned it. At some point there was a huge heap of trash bags and dirty towels in the corridor leading to my room. The heater/air cons in the room was extremely loud, but if switched off the room got extremely cold very quickly and there were no extra blanket provided. Breakfast was poor quality compare to other Double Tree hotels. The coffee and creamer in the room was not regularly replenished. Overall facilities are run down. I stayed in Double Tree hotels before and usually it is a good brand, but this particular hotel is a disgrace

Pros:

The morning staff young lady told us about a breakfast spot that wasn't too far away since we missed breakfast. The price was right, and the food was delicious.

Cons:

When we checked in, we didn't get our cookies until the next day, when my sister checked in with the same guy from the night before.
