The bed was very comfortable, it was clean, and the staff was great.
They had no phone, no way to call the front desk when my toilet was leaking and the floor was soaked, phone number didn’t work on multiple cell phones, no game room, no pool, no restaurant, the place is like a maze, and there were a raccoon in the hotel (I couldn’t make it up).
The hotel is clearly getting updates and modifications at this moment but that needs to be advertised. It was pretty much just a bed.
I wouldn’t stay here right now. It’s not hospitable at all and the fact this is not known through reviews or websites is false advertising.
Wonderful town to spend time in. Go bike riding. A little stroll to down town. Lots of shopping and food 5 minute walking. Hotel was in a great place
Stay here for two nights when we checked in the first room they gave us was dirty the beds were not even made so they gave us another room the second room smelled like somebody with bad body odor rolled around the entire room it smelled horrible
We had no clue the hotel was having a remodel done did not say that online it was not a present stay we definitely will not recommend or come back. Maybe after the remodel it will be ok.
So hard to get luggage to elevator and very dark and dismal hotel not happy with out stay at all
Room was clean, hotel felt abandoned and creepy
Very comfortable beds! Nice and quiet, and a great hot tub
Icemaker on floor 2 was broken, pool was out of commission, restaurant is closed, housecleaning knocked on my door in the morning two times (about an hour apart) despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
A group of four made this trip to ski in Breckenridge and this hotel met all expectations. Clean, relative close, fast-food, and gas stations options, for a reasonable price.
This was a quick stopover on a longer 22.5 hour drive. The first leg was nearly 13 hours and it was very disappointing that at the time of arrival, there was a notice on the desk that it was not staffed for the next half hour. Regardless, after that 30 minutes, the attendant was very courteous and helpful. I was looking forward to a hot bath after the long drive, but the bath had no drain plug, which would have been even more disappointing if there was hot water running at 10PM. As a result I could not take a hot shower either. Checkout was fast and convenient. The town of Frisco was interesting and appealing and the location of the hotel was very convenient.
For a newly renovated hotel, there were a lot of things that seemed to not be renovated. The lobby was nice but our room door got stuck a lot and the bathtub/shower area was older. Everything was clean and convenient, and the front desk staff was very accommodating
The hotel was overall nice. Specifically booked it so my son could swim in the pool and sadly it was closed. But the rooms were nice and we in a lovely location.

Excellent, clean, friendly staff.
Had a short break to enjoy a few days of fresh powder and was so comfortable with this property we stayed an extra night!
While the infrastructure could do with a make over, the staff are excellent - helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and personable - and the place is kept very clean and tidy. Our room was more than adequate and everything worked well - even got room service every day! Greatly appreciated.
We especially like the parking and access to the transportation. The only real (slight) niggle was one hot tub wasn't, and the sauna really should be put on much earlier to warm up by the end of the day.
Other than that - excellent stay, thank you.
Had trouble finding it in the dark. Lights on sign and near front door need replacing.
Very comfortable right off I 70 would’ve liked the pool to have been working, but they have a really nice workout facility and two hot tubs.
Everything was just good. Check in was very easy and friendly.
Parking could have been better but it was a great stay !
Check-in was easy, lots of on-site parking. Rooms are dated but does have a new large TV. Does not have a restaurant/bar, no expectation on if/when it might be available. This is an old Holiday Inn, that is being brought back to life. It is IHG affiliated.
nice quiet hotel
They didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. Plumbing was bad and traveled with someone with stomach issues. The first time a toilet plugged, they moved us to a different room. The second time, they told us there was no help available in the evenings, promised maintenance would fix it the next day, and then did nothing for the next two days. The pool was murky and freezing. People kept wanting to come into our room while we were there to measure things for renovation. We checked out 2 nights early. No money back. Don’t risk it!
