Alles compenseert elkaar prijs kwaliteit okayish
Pros:

De wasmachine, drogeren de keuken.
Hierdoor kon ik me eten klaarmaken.
En al mijn wasjes draaien en drogen.
De ligging vond ik ook heel fijn echt centraal van alles.
Ik had een drie persoons bed en was alleen dit was de ruimste kamer die ik heb gehad in mijn Japan trip (Hiroshima, Kyoto en Osaka) daar had ik wel weer echt behoefte aan de ruimte.

Cons:

Ik zat ik kamer 702 met een raam in de badkamer waar iedereen vanaf de galerij mijn hoofd gebleurd kan zien wanneer ik aan het douche ben.

Schimmel in de badkamer en het appartement is vies en er is echt veel stof. Schoonmaak wordt niet gedaan!

Het is in een buurt waar men kan betalen voor sex. Wat wel grappig is alleen kan het in de avond nacht wel geluidsoverlast geven. Ben een aantal keer wakker van geworden.

Pros:

波の上ビーチと国際通りの間という立地が良かったです。
国際通りまで歩いて向かう予定でしたが、実際には家族皆足が疲れ、結局はタクシー移動でした。少し大きめの道路へ出れば平日でもすぐに空タクシーが捕まえられ、大体800円くらいで移動できました。
洗剤、洗濯機、乾燥機あり、洗濯が出来たので、家に帰ってからが楽でした。
物干し竿やハンガー、アイロンもありました。
テッシュやゴミ袋も予備が置いてあり、安心でした。

Cons:

食べ飲み出来るテーブルと椅子があれば、尚良しでした。
事前に目星をつけておいた近くの居酒屋があったのですが、子どもは入れない事を現地で知り、部屋で食べ飲みすることになった為、余計に必要性を感じました。
ほかの口コミに、不衛生さが記載されており覚悟していましたが、身体に影響が出るほどではなく安心しました。こういうところが気になるんだなと言う箇所は何箇所かありましたが。
タオルは余分に持っていったほうが良いです。

Very good price, and the 15-20 minute walk to kokusai doori wasn't too far
