I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! After my original booking was cancelled an hour before I was due to arrive into Oslo, I had found this place as a second. BUT I wish I had booked this first. The hotel itself was amazing, the staff were fantastic in greeting me at Reception and then helping me find my bearings in a new city. The room was magnificent. Considering most places add on breakfast, etc. this place included it. And the Reception staff went above and beyond, as I needed to get some postcards sent but it was a Sunday, so they offered to actually post them for me. A fantastic experience from start to finish, after some hectic cancellations.

One of the best hotel stays
Pros:

We booked a twin bed room. It was comfortable quiet and felt modern and luxury.
The staff was warm and recommended good strolls and neighborhoods to explore.
The breakfast was excellent with a variety of everything from warm to cold, fresh and filling.

Pros:

I loved the breakfast, it was exceptionally tasty! The staff was very nice and accommodating, unfortunately the room was not up to standards on cleanliness. The bedding had hair and dirt on it, it was overall dusty and somewhat neglected. It's right across a busy bar, but the noise didn't bother this mom too much! Honestly, the value was great for the location and breakfast!

An excellent experience here! I recommend!
Pros:

We love this hotel! It has the best breakfast that I’ve seen in Europe! Everything delicious!!!!
The room is medium, ok; but it’s clean. The bathroom is small, it is the unique “detail”… the staff is really kind and help us with tips about the city! I recommend this hotel with my heart!
