Det var dunking og bråk fra etg. over rommet mitt fra kl 05.15 og utover, jeg ble fortalt av personalet at det var treningsrom over mitt rom og noen løp på en tredemølle, dette er helt uakseptabelt… og at noe i det hele tatt slapp inn på treningsrommet på natten er helt uprofesjonelt av hotellet.
Jeg er meget misfornøyd og blir nok mest sannsynlig aldri å leie rom på dette hotellet mere 😡
Great location, just walking distance from everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Tolle Lage. Gute Kaffemaschine im Zimmer. Nettes Personal am Frühstücksbuffet.
Uns wurde verboten (in sehr unfreundlichem Ton) unser Baby mit im Doppelbett schlafen zu lassen, wg. Brandschutzregularien. Anstatt wurden wir gezwungen auf ein 2m2 größeres Zimmer up zu graden für 1.000 NOK extra. Eine befreundete Familie die kurz nach uns eincheckte erlebte das selbe, jedoch bei ihnen kostenloses Upgrade. Also willkürliche Ungleichbehandlung hier. Das 2m2 grössere Zimmer hatte zudem weder Babybett, noch eine dritte Decke oder sonstiges dass familienfreundlich ist. Zudem nur ein ganz kleines dunkles Fenster mit lautem Baustellenblick (keine Warnung des Hotels vor Buchung, dass Baustelle ist). Weiterer Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück: zwar gute Auswahl aber schlechte Qualität der Zutaten (von anderen Thon Hotels sind wir da besseres gewohnt).
Nydelig frokost, stort og fint soverom med vifte som kom godt med i sommervarmen. Likte at jeg også fikk vaskekluter, godt med håndduker og ørepropper. Det får man ikke på alle hoteller. Supert!
Badet på rommet var litt lite og en av damene i resepsjonen var litt kvass når vi snakket sammen.
Bien placé pour visiter Oslo. Déjeuner très varié. Lunch box proposé très appréciable. personnel à l'écoute.
