Pros:

I've stayed 3 times since early October, and I appreciate the cleanliness and freshness. Bathroom is tiny as you know what, good thing I don't spend a lot of time in there. Layout is pretty cool and it works. The breakfast attendants were amazing, such great service. First time since covid kaos that I've had such good service. Seems as though we're paying MUCH MUCH more for the same product as 7 or 8 years ago however. Front desk team seems out of uniform. Here's another by-product of covid kaos - it's hard to distinguish team members from guests at some hotels. Covid and those excuses are over folks. Lets bring back SERVICE and appearance. Thanks team Doubletree Collinsville.

Wouldn't stay again.
Cons:

inside of hotel was old looking. Meal at Harpers took forever. Elevators very slow.

The location was great for us while visiting family. The staff were extremely friendly.

The rooms are dated, and a little smelly (musty, probably from the old carpet).

The worst three days ever at a hotel😤
Pros:

They have outdated TVs that don’t work. I couldn’t even set up my Roku on the TV. It took me 30 minutes of messing with it and then I finally went down to the front desk service and she gave me a sheet of how to connect it. I sat there for another 30 minutes playing around with the sheet. Nothing work went up. There asked them for another TV. They gave me the same one that didn’t work. The same day I asked if they had breakfast the lady told me yes and that next morning I went and got breakfast they waited until I sat down, started to eat and then gave me a bill of $20 not letting me know that it cost it to eat and I was frustrated because that’s something you should tell somebody or have signs. But they don’t, and I asked the front lady at the desk the day before and she didn’t also tell me that it cost the money neither so altogether my three day stay was aggravating dealing with the TV not having a TV for the time I was there and also having to pay for breakfast that wasn’t worth the $20 and I wouldn’t even sat down and made a plate if they would’ve told me that it costed money because it wasn’t no different than any other free breakfast hotel .

Decent hotel

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The coffee was way to strong. I was out of conditioner in the shower and the way its set up i couldn't even turn the bottle upside down to try get more out. And brushing my long hair was not fun. Please check your bittles in the shower so it won't run out on the guest
