Pros:

Staff were amazingly helpful. They were happy to change our room for the second night due to a resident in the room above who was up at the crack of dawn doing a walking marathon in his room. Extremely helpful with everything we asked of them and very polite. Location pretty good as only a couple of minutes walk to the metro, a bus stop directly outside the hotel and approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the Central Station. Breakfast was very generous, with choice of Full English or Continental with lovely fresh bread, croissants as well as cereals and yoghurts etc. Breakfast room had a nice ambiance too.

Cons:

TV in room difficult to find channels in english.

Pros:

Una struttura 4 stelle non può avere una reception al bar mentre chi deve stare alla reception sta facendo un caffè ad un altra persona. Il deposito bagagli avviene autonomamente, tramite una card che ti consegnano e che devi riportare al bar. Dentro la struttura ha ancora i teli dei lavori.
Il mio parere è che non sia un 4 stelle
