Veldig god beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale ( ikke i baren). God seng.

Cons:

Personalet i restauranten/bar var ikke ok. Vi kom ditt 35 min før stengetid og ble møtt med streng "vi stenger snart". Mens vi tok en drink, 10 min før stengetid var full rydding rundt oss, slukning av lys som tydelig tegn at vi må ut, nå. Ikke hyggelig.
Tok fryktelig lang tid før det ble varm vann i dusjen om morgenen, gjentok det seg hver morgen. Såpe i dusjen lukter ikke spesielt godt og tørker huden fryktelig ut. Kunne trengt en oppgradering

Great stay
Pros:

Greate facicities, the room is warm and spacious, the personell is nice and responsible, the location is great fro sightseeing as it's in central part but not overcrowded and close to a big trasport hub, the breakfest is very reach.

Pros:

Staff were amazingly helpful. They were happy to change our room for the second night due to a resident in the room above who was up at the crack of dawn doing a walking marathon in his room. Extremely helpful with everything we asked of them and very polite. Location pretty good as only a couple of minutes walk to the metro, a bus stop directly outside the hotel and approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the Central Station. Breakfast was very generous, with choice of Full English or Continental with lovely fresh bread, croissants as well as cereals and yoghurts etc. Breakfast room had a nice ambiance too.

Cons:

TV in room difficult to find channels in english.
