disappointed
Pros:

they could have told there was no restaurant - bar in the lobby. Also there was massive construction on going in front of the building

The location was great.

Cons:

Destination fees were not explained at check in or prior to completing the reservation. When I asked if a destination fee is something I have to pay additionally, the employee said “it’s included in all rooms”

Pros:

Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr gut und sauber, Personal freundlich, waren jedoch bei Problemen eines Reisenden mit Kreditkarte (Geoblocking) nicht bereit zu unterstützen bzw konnten keine Lösung finden (andere Gäste konnten da weiterhelfen).
Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt an der U-Bahn, vieles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider aufgrund des Umbaus keine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer nicht wirklich benutzerfreundlich.
Die Heizung/Lüftung im Zimmer ist sehr laut.

My stay was very beautiful, the food is so delicious, especially the breakfast thanks to jasmine very nice Lady.

The hotel is right in city center , beautiful, clean and calm

Cons:

The hotel is opposite the shopping center , is very quiet. My stay was a memorable one. Thanks ,grand Hyatt .
