A scam in disguise
Pros:

It has some potential

Cons:

The hotel automatically charges guests an additional $30 daily “destination fee.” This fee is not clearly disclosed during the booking process and supposedly covers basic amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi: services that many travelers reasonably expect to be included.

I had the fee removed after requesting it at the front desk, but that does not excuse the practice. Charging a poorly disclosed mandatory fee for basic amenities is misleading and leaves a very negative impression. Experiences like this seriously undermine trust, and as a result, I will not stay at a Hyatt property again.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, limpo, funcionários simpáticos, cama de casal padrão (ou seja, pequena), mas o colchão e roupas de cama maravilhosos, starbucks no saguão, 15 dólares de credito por dia para consumo de snacks (pouca opção), acesso ao metro sem sair do hotel.

It was nice but I think a little pricey for what you get.

I didn’t like the view of the torn down building with Crain as a view, especially when I was told I would get a good view after paying extra for a high room

Great location, nice amenities, eat elsewhere if you stay there.
Pros:

Location and the rooms were well laid out. The chromecast on the TV was a benefit I really liked. Walking distance to a lot of food options. Fitness center was great and had ample options for a well rounded workout.

Cons:

All food options were subpar. Room service food not good. The buffet restaurant was not kid friendly, had limited options, and all ethnic foods, nothing you would see in a normal setting. Waste of money and time.
