The place is beautiful and would definitely come again and recommend to anyone .
Pros:

The studio style apartment was excellent and clean . That we love . The breakfast sections were great also . The place is well secured with foot security and it makes you feel safe .

Cons:

Didn’t like house cleaning is every two days and was not given wash cloth to shower .

Great Location
Pros:

The breakfast was great, lots of food options and the area was very clean. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent, I didn't realize upon booking that it had a full kitchen!! It was like an apartment. Bed was clean and comfortable. Super location, close to CSULB which we needed, but also only a short walk to a few food options and short drive to target and retail stores. Nice and quiet.

Overall not a great stay due to incidents mentioned above.

WiFi speed was very bad that even YouTube was not loading
Living room tv was not at all working
Room got locked 10 minutes before the checkout time and we had to get us unlocked to get our things which was a very bad experience for the whole family
Someone middle of our stay knocked the door and asked if we are leaving. Caused tremendous inconvenience.

I had my family and my daughter is starting to crawl,as we were having her crawl on the floor my foot dragged over a pill. I was not happy about that at all.

quietness is priceless

Cons:

My wife told me the bathroom was not completely clean as there was a spot which was dirty and not clean. The body wash was empty since day one. I did not make abig deal and I was not going to go to the front office and complaint. Also, there was not a complementary water bottle which I was expecting at Residence Inn. The Residence Inn by the harbor location did provide me with bottle water even if my booking was at the different location of Residence Inn (4111 Willow St)
