Pros:

The front desk lady Victoria....I believe was excellent. She upgraded us to a suite and provided us with great information on local food spots. They also provide continental breakfast which was nice.

Cons:

There is a parking fee and deposit for incidental for about $250 which i was not prepared for.....but other than that everything else was excellent

Too expensive for facilities not to be working correctly or for food provided to be cheap and non appealing.
Pros:

Location was in good proximity to stores, gas stations and local attractions.

Cons:

Door 🚪 did not lock 🔒 or stay locked once inside. Would leave my room and come back to door wide open. Lock did not work with keys or manual switch. I barricaded myself in room by using chairs 🪑 to keep door closed and locked at night.

Pros:

The front desk check in staff, the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff were exceptional! They were friendly, helpful. The grounds, the laundry room & our room were probably the cleanest of any hotel we stayed recently. Thank you for a great stay!

The Executive Suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully laid out, and we absolutely loved it.
Pros:

I love this suite! It’s very spacious and exactly what I was looking for.

Cons:

Parking is limited for larger groups, but we loved the room and had a great stay.

large and bed was comfortable

Cons:

door seemed broken, lots of insects in the unit, some old dirty socks left under the couch, and additional fee of $15/night to park a car in a large residential area was a bit much.

Loved it was close to airport and very clean! We were excited to get into room after cruise early and clerk remembered we were coming back early!
