Beyond expectations for sure
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. I will definitely be back when I come back to town. I enjoyed my stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Overall it was good besides the mosquitoes and my kids getting bit up in the room.
Pros:

They room was very good size, the bath tub and shower were good size as well and the lobby was very welcoming

Not a pleasurable stay, for the price we paid.
Cons:

My second room I reserved for out of state family visiting was a horrible experience for them. As soon as we got to the room after check-in the toilet paper holder by the toilet had an empty roll on it, and there was only enough towels and wash cloths for one person. So we had to go to the front desk to get more supplies. Then later that night they pulled out the sofa bed and the linen to just find the linen dirty and full of hair. So they had to go back to the front desk to get clean linen. The next morning my family asked how the temperature was in my room as their room was extremely hot. As the air conditioner never worked. So I had to go to the front desk again, to get another room due to a malfunctioning ac unit. The breakfast was not very good, and the food quickly ran out so we had to wait for the staff to refill it every morning.
