New Haven Reunion
Pros:

Location and its proximity to the Yale Colleges and St. Thomas More.
The bistro with Starbucks offerings.

Cons:

The coffee machine and supplies were on top of the mini refrigerator all tucked away by the entrance to the unit.

Dirty toilet upon arrival to room.
Pros:

Property is well maintained and rooms are beautiful.

One small detail was when I went to use the restroom in my room the toilet was dirty and that was a dissapointment.

Convenient location to Yale, but overpriced for middling quality

Comfortable bed and location

Cons:

The facilities were dated and didn’t match the high price or usual Marriott standards. I looked forward to a bath but the drain stopper was broken, as one of many small issues.

Great stay
Pros:

Always stay at this Courtyard at Yale and great experience every time. Especially enjoy the bar and snacks in the evening. The server Amanda is such a friendly and amazing server it makes me want go back each night

An easy place to stay, friendly staff, everything very clean, free bottled water, easy access to Yale and the shops, good parking, ice available on each floor

Cons:

no glasses in the bedroom, and only paper mugs for tea/coffee.

Business Trip - great location and service
Pros:

Had a great stay at the Courtyard New Haven at Yale! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. One of the biggest highlights of the trip was Amanda at the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with her great personality and service. She truly stood out and made us feel welcome every night. Overall, an excellent experience and I would absolutely return again in the future. Highly recommend!
