The room was clean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The shower was quite good.
The pillows were a little played out.
This was actually the best service I experienced among the Marriott hotels I stayed at over the past few days. The blonde lady at the front desk and an Asian lady were both very friendly and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
The only small downside was that there were no complimentary bottled waters. Otherwise, the service was great.

The temperature in the room could not be controlled. It was incredibly hot what the temperature over 80°?
1st and foremost I want to give a shout out to Michelle at the front desk. Kind and smiling - went above and beyond. Actually booked MORE rooms at this hotel due to her kindness and patience. Would have given hotel rating a 5 but the parking was an issue . drove around the parking lot for 30 minutes at 11 at night to find a spot . Had to park in space that wasn't a spot and was concerned all night about a tow. Other than that great hotel and everyone super pleasant!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and professionalism. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and truly attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was inviting, and the rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable.
A special thank you to Michelle, who made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and genuinely pleasant, setting the perfect tone for our visit. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning!
We are long time Marriott Bonvoy members and this location was one of the best! They had great communication through the app and in person. This is actually the second weekend in a row we stayed here.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained from the lobby to elevator to hallways and room. Very cozy feel to rooms which were spacious as well.
The housekeeping staff was one of the friendliest and happiest I’ve ever met.
I was impressed that the front desk staff remember my name so quickly.
They had a fun hot chocolate bar out for the cold weather!
Great location right near Yale University. Should we be back in the area we’d definitely stay here again.
