Pros:

1st and foremost I want to give a shout out to Michelle at the front desk. Kind and smiling - went above and beyond. Actually booked MORE rooms at this hotel due to her kindness and patience. Would have given hotel rating a 5 but the parking was an issue . drove around the parking lot for 30 minutes at 11 at night to find a spot . Had to park in space that wasn't a spot and was concerned all night about a tow. Other than that great hotel and everyone super pleasant!

Outstanding Hospitality and Impeccable Service

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and professionalism. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and truly attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was inviting, and the rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable.

A special thank you to Michelle, who made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and genuinely pleasant, setting the perfect tone for our visit. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning!

Great hotel to stay at
Pros:

We are long time Marriott Bonvoy members and this location was one of the best! They had great communication through the app and in person. This is actually the second weekend in a row we stayed here.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained from the lobby to elevator to hallways and room. Very cozy feel to rooms which were spacious as well.

The housekeeping staff was one of the friendliest and happiest I’ve ever met.

I was impressed that the front desk staff remember my name so quickly.

They had a fun hot chocolate bar out for the cold weather!

Great location right near Yale University. Should we be back in the area we’d definitely stay here again.

It’s wasn’t the best I stayed better and for it to be that expensive and shitty at the same time, makes no sense!
Pros:

Hot chocolate was in the lobby.

Cons:

They put my room all in the way in back of the hotel and then tried to tell me they couldn’t check me out and I had to go through booking.com or else I would have to pay again even though I already did!! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way man and that’s disgusting. Finding hair in the shower is something I don’t want to worry about when traveling especially when it’s not my hair…

Nice Place if you want to be close to Ysle University
Pros:

Nice location, close to Yale University (Old Campus, Morse)

Cons:

The windows have no soundproofing. The street was extremely loud at night.; siren, loud cars or motorcycles.

Just a one-night stay, all my needs were met.
Pros:

The room was great. I was only there for one night and did not have a chance to explore more areas (i.e. gym). I liked the personal "welcome" with my name on the tv. The parking garage was convenient as well. Very polite staff at the front desk (Nathaniel & Andrew).

Cons:

There were several homeless people in close vicinity to the hotel.
Not a big deal, but for some reason the television in my room (820) was very dark.
