Perto da Universidade de Yale, a alguns passos de distância. Quarto grande e confortável

Cons:

Do facto de não ter escadas e os elevadores não serem de confiança. Um esteve sempre parado e o outro por diversas vezes os clientes ficaram presos no seu interior.

Ubicacion. Personal muy atento.

Cons:

Nivel bajo de limpieza. Sucios corredores y elevadores. Y NO HICIERON MI CAMA UN SOLO DIA! Me hospedo en varios Marriott en diferentes países y nunca dejaron de hacer mi cuarto una noche. No entiendo.

das personal hat sofort auf die beschwerde reagiert und uns ein neues zimmer angeboten

Cons:

das zimmer hat richtiggehend gestunken, nach schweissfüssen, die tür zum badezimmer konnte man nicht richtig schliessen weil sie verzogen war, fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen und am nächsten tag wurde bis zum Abend das Zimmer nicht gereinigt / die Betten nicht gemacht

Schöner, gemütlicher und angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

In besonderer Erinnerung bleibt mir vor allem das Personal, das außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Der Fitnessraum war außerdem super ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war an sich gut, aber ich würde ein Buffet statt einem in-house Starbucks bevorzugen – das im Vorhinein zu wissen wäre gut gewesen.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y el personal muy atento u amable.

Cons:

Mi habitación daba a la calle transitable y por la noche se escuchaba el ruido. Por lo que, mejorar la insonorización de las ventanas añadiría el valor al lugar.

Ridiculously small bathroom
Pros:

Stayed here for one night before touring Yale University. The location was convenient for walking to campus and was near several restaurants and shops. However, no one in our group sleep well. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Also the bathroom was abnormally small. No bathroom counter space and no shelves under the sink. We had to keep our toiletry bags outside of the bathroom (near the coffee). We would not stay here again if in the area.
