Mann hört alles, da kann das hotel noch so gut sein...
Pros:

Morgen essen, Hotel Lage, sauber, Arbeiter ganz ok.

Cons:

Im 4ten Stock hört man alle Nachbaren, WC Spühlung, TV, Reden der Leute, einfach alles. Viel spass wenn Personen vor dir aufwachen oder nach dir ins bett gehen etc. Im 3ten scheint es renoviert geworden zu sein, von aussen auf jedenfall. Würde ich nicht wieder nehmen dieses Hotel, schlaf ist wichtig und das man einfach alles hört ist furchtbar.

Pros:

We had a triple room and a single room. The triple room was excellent—recently remodeled and conveniently located near the elevator.
The single room, although spacious and clean, felt quite dated. It was on the 5th floor with no elevator access, so I had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs. The bathroom was also very old, and the hairdryer looked like something from the 1950s—an extremely bulky and awkward design that unfortunately wasn’t even working.

Other than the outdated single room, the location is superb and the staff was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was not included, and since it opened after our departure time, we were not able to attend.

Cons:

The single room could benefit from some renovation, especially in the bathroom

Tudo, desde os funcionários até as acomodações e café da manhã. Procurem o suco de laranja vermelha, é simplesmente perfeita!!!!

Week-end en amoureux à Rome
Pros:

L emplacement idéal près de la gare termini et près du métro. Personnel sympathique. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Je recommande.

Pros:

24時間スタッフがいるので安心です
テルミニ駅から徒歩10分くらい。23時頃でも観光客が歩いているので治安に問題はないです。
最短距離の裏道ではなく、大きな通りを歩けば大きい荷物であってもスムーズに歩けます。
古いガイドブックにも載っている伝統的なホテルのようです。なお、エレベーターは4階までしかないので5階の場合は荷物を運ぶ必要がありました。親切なスタッフが手伝ってくださいました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

日本人はレインシャワーに慣れていないので不便に感じると思う。でも温度調整、水圧はしっかりしていた

L'accueil a été parfait, on nous a même attribué une chambre plus spacieuse.
Celle-ci est confortable et bien aménagée.

Cons:

Du fait de la proximité du métro, on entend parfois le train qui passe. Cela s'arrête pendant la nuit.

Friendly staff, great location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety and high-quality options. We would definitely stay here again!

Cumpriu a sua função.
Pros:

O staff é extremamente simpático e afável. A localização do hotel é ótima, uma vez que se encontra junto a Termini e junto de muitos transportes públicos que nos levam para os diferentes pontos da cidade. O quarto era, também limpo.

Cons:

O hotel encontra-se em remodelações, sendo que o piso 5 é o que falta remodelar e foi nesse que acabámos por ficar. Enquanto que os outros quartos estão atualizados, o nosso continua muito antigo. No entanto, volto a referir que o quarto era limpo.
As camas não eram muito confortáveis, sendo que os colchões tendiam a que caíssemos para o meio da cama. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão e os quartos eram pouco insonorizados.
Por fim, fazer a limpeza dos quartos às 7h30 da manhã é que é bastante incómodo.
