All'arrivo ci ha accolto Daniele, simpaticissimo e professionale. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione termini ma in zona tranquilla. Molto comodo per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici.
При заселении нас встретил очень приветливый сотрудник, который задал нам прекрасное настроение. Номер оказался просторным и чистым. Хороший кондиционер (на улице была сильная жара). В ванной разовые принадлежности, в номере холодильник и чайник. Хорошее прикроватное освещение. Отличные завтраки. Убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. Отель оказался прекрасным за невысокую стоимость по сравнению с отелями рядом и более высокой звездностью. Мы его взяли на заметку для следующих визитов, хотя в Риме были много раз, и есть отели, которые нравятся.

Funcionários: Tanto no check-in como no check-out, fomos atendidos por dois funcionários muito educados e simpáticos.
Quarto: Tinha um ótimo espaço, com um banheiro reformado e muito funcional. Ficamos muito felizes em dormir em uma cama tão confortável depois de uma viagem cansativa.
Preço: Achei o valor honesto pela qualidade do quarto, pela facilidade em chegar e pelo atendimento dos funcionários.
O único ponto que comento é a localização. Apesar de ser muito prático para chegar ao hotel, eu prefiro locais mais calmos. Então, se fosse ficar por mais dias, eu teria optado por outras regiões.

The property was very well located, you can walk to most of Rome main attractions! We did a late check in and the receptionist was super nice, offered to help with everything we needed!
The building is a traditional italian style, however the floor we stayed in had been renovated, which was amazing.
Just some details about cleaning could be better.
My room was better than advertised. In fact the Hotel was nicer than expected. Comfy bed, good A/C, great buffet breakfast for €10! limited but great value. Professional friendly staff and a great location.
My room was on the 5th floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor. The staff organised the bags, so not a major problem, just be aware. Nothing else.
Have stayed here before. Sometimes in the evening, the street can be noisy from motorcycle or police sirens. Hotel renovations during Covid Breakfast is great, nice variety

La ubicación, personal e instalaciones son excelentes. Podes manejarte a pie sin problemas, o al estar a una cuadra de la Via Nazionale podes tomar colectivos hacia toda la ciudad.
