Disappointing. The are better Hampton Inns nearby.
Pros:

When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to arrange for a shuttle. I had to call twice, and it took over half an hour for the shuttle to arrive even though the hotel is only a few miles away. I booked this hotel because it was less expensive than the Hampton Inns nearby that I have stayed at several times, now I know why.

After I had been in my room for close to an hour, I received a text that told me my room was ready.

Over all I give it a 9!
Pros:

The waffles were great as were the bacon and cheese omelette. The juice, toast bagels and fruit were great too!
The bed was comfy! The shuttle service was handy!

Cons:

The coffee was late coming. Although when she put it out it was drinkable.

Hampton does well…
Pros:

For a one night crash, the Hampton Inn is ideal. A comfortable room - lovely bed, desk, chair and a morning breakfast. All very good and a free shuttle to and from the airport. Warmly welcomed and helpful staff make the place a good airport stopover.

Enjoyed our stay.. Staff made our stay more pleasant.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time so that we could leave and lug our luggage with us. We were allowed to check in when our room was ready. A bus was their to take us from and to the airport.

Great disappointment for a chain that used to mean quality and value
Pros:

Front desk staff at night incompetent and mostly incoherent.
Took 45 for shuttle even after she says he's on his way over 20 minutes ago. Mind you this is 1.3 miles away.
Room is hot and stuff at 76 degrees. Cooling didn't work. Had to call maintenance.. Will never return.

OK for a night
Pros:

It did everything an airport hotel should - the shuttle came fairly quickly to collect me and returned me the next morning, the room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The people were all very pleasant and helpful. Like most airport hotels it was expensive for the standard of accommodation. The Hilton App had made a song and a dance about an upgraded room which did not materialise - unless a bog standard room, opposite the hotel laundry and with a fine view of the light rail counts as an upgrade :)

I would have considered it walkable from the light rail station if I had fewer bags; would estimate less than 10 minutes.
