Some staff were not pleasant
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to stay inside a nightclub… but without the fun, welcome to this hotel.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a room across from what appeared to be an unofficial “hospitality suite” (Room 716). And by hospitality, I mean late-night DJ set. The music was so loud I half expected a cover charge at my door.
The second floor doubled as a public lounge/bar scene, complete with random people drinking their own alcohol like it was a tailgate party. Security? Never heard of it.
Let’s talk elevators. The buttons on the right side don’t work—but there’s no sign telling you that. So you’ll stand there questioning your life choices until you realize the elevator isn’t broken… just selectively cooperative.
My first room was next to the elevator, which means I got to enjoy a complimentary “ding” symphony all night. Add in the massive gap under the door, and I could basically hear full hallway conversations like I was part of them.
No problem, I thought—I’ll just turn up the TV. Except the TV barely worked, and the remote volume button had clearly retired early.
I asked to be moved and specifically requested NOT to be near an elevator. Naturally, I was moved… next to another elevator. And an ice machine this time, just to keep things interesting.
Third room attempt? The key didn’t seem to work—turns out the issue wasn’t the key, but that the door lights didn’t work. At this point, I was impressed. It takes effort to miss on this many levels.
Oh—and the hallways? Constantly decorated with trash. A nice touch if you’re into that “urban landfill chic” aesthetic.
The best part? You can tell by the employees’ reactions that all of this is completely normal to them.
Final verdict: If chaos, noise, and confusion are your thing, this place delivers.
If not… do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

If you want it shorter or more aggressive (like a quick Google or Yelp version), I can condense it.
Great location, close to the Metro, within walking distance to many food options
I thought uber would be cheaper to get to the airport
It did not offer the shuttle service starting at 3:30 am like I was led to believe.
Writing while staying in a King Bed Junior Suite and car parked on property. Bottom line: Highly recommend this hotel. Details: The HVAC heat is quiet and efficient. Bed is a medium-firm with 4 large, fluffy pillows. We found this bed comfortable. Bathroom is updated with steady water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels are average plush. Room was in excellent condition for a hotel this age. Chris, at the front desk, made us feel welcomed and ensured our room location was as requested. No issue finding a parking space in their garage. Location is close to restaurants/shops.
Greeted by friendly front desk staff. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport as well as several places to eat and a Whole Foods Grocery store. The room was clean and comfortable. The on-property Starbucks helped make for a good start to the morning.
It was ok, compatible with the price.
The clerk at the checking was kind of moody.
Locality
Some of the outlets did not work.
Location; security (had to swipe room key to use elevator to rooms); quiet and clean; conveniently located to restaurants, metro station; CVS and Whole Foods.
No microwave in room-friend booked same room type and had microwave; bed was too high, struggled to get into it.
Great location
The breakfast was excellent.
No water bottles in the room. I had to buy from either their tuck shop which was expensive and then got it from walmart. Not great when you stay for 6 days.
