Loved the comfortability, cleanliness, and safety that this hotel had to offer. Located close to DC and not too far from Baltimore, there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. The outdoor pool was also nice to use to cool off on a hot July day! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!
Nothing to report.
It was close to shopping.
The 2 Queen Room was tiny. It did not accommodate well 4 people. The pillows collapsed under my head. The bed springs were felt and uncomfortable. The parking fee was $30, not $24 as advertised here. There was no $10 breakfast option as advertised here. Everything was overpriced and there were only heated frozen foods.
Parking was easy on an outdoor lot attached to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable room. Easy access to subway
Underground parking was narrow and confusing

Location, cleanliness, staff
Room assigned was very noisy because of the elevator. We were told all of the 2 bed rooms were like that. Staff moved us to a quieter 2 bed room on third try.
The size of the room was excellent. It was comfortable and spacious enough. The bathroom was the perfect size. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of my questions.
I am allergic to feather pillows. I was afraid to use the pillows because I didn't know what they were made of. There was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle. (I could've asked about both of those issues.)
Location & housekeeping did a nice job tidying up our room everyday
Expensive parking for hotel guests and it would be nice to access stairs from the 2nd floor to the lobby. We never found them.
The neighborhood was beautiful! Property felt safe and hosts were kind!
Rooms were very small and the pet fee when they won't clean up or room if there's a dog in there
The staff was friendly and We enjoyed the pool
Not a very good value for the price. With the price of the room, breakfast should be included. Not to mention you have to pay $30 for parking in addition to the price of the room.
The staff are so friendly here! And the general manager, Walter, went out of his way to assist me with a project. The rooms are clean and quiet. Hot coffee in lobby starting at 6:30 am.
No Celsius or Alani drinks available in the snack center.
We loved the room, the bed was comfy, and the daytime staff was absolutely wonderful. Within the local area, there are plenty of great food selections within a 5 minute drive. Parking was so easy, unlike many hotels in DC. We really enjoyed our stay.
The night shift receptionist who took my call the night prior to my arrival was overtly rude. She was curt, impatient, monotone, and rapid-fire in her responses without breaks between each words, clearly not caring if I understood what she was saying. It was clear she was annoyed to have received a phone call. She absolutely should not be the face/voice of customer service and, if Marriott were to do a secret late night call-in, I believe they would agree she should not represent their hotel. She is the sole reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10.
