Dinner was bad didn't eat it.

Die Tiefgarage ist schon eher teuer, dafür dass es auch nicht das günstigste Hotel ist.
Location was fine. Room was nice.
Checkout seemed to be a problem for the staff. Had trouble getting out of the garage. Too little staff.
Loved the comfortability, cleanliness, and safety that this hotel had to offer. Located close to DC and not too far from Baltimore, there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. The outdoor pool was also nice to use to cool off on a hot July day! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Room was fine, staff was friendly and there’s a huge variety of good quality and clean snacks and frozen meals in the little store. One microwave it seems for the entire hotel. We had requested a microwave before checking and at check-in and were told each day there were none. A call ahead of time said we’d have a microwave brought to the room and that the little refrigerator had a freezer section— it did not. We’d brought ice packs to freeze for our trip home and had to fill the cooler with ice. Everything sloshed in cold water by the time we arrived home. The pool does not allow food, whereas the Pook’s Hill Rd. Courtyard hotel not but a couple of miles away has food/drink service directly to your lounge chair. This hotel does not have steps or a zero entry pool. Only hot metal ladders to get in/out of the water. There are no umbrellas at the lounge chair. Pool was empty but also felt a little scary to be at without windows or security. It’s on the third floor roof and does have a nice view to Tiffany’s.
Parking was easy on an outdoor lot attached to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable room. Easy access to subway
Underground parking was narrow and confusing
It was close to shopping.
The 2 Queen Room was tiny. It did not accommodate well 4 people. The pillows collapsed under my head. The bed springs were felt and uncomfortable. The parking fee was $30, not $24 as advertised here. There was no $10 breakfast option as advertised here. Everything was overpriced and there were only heated frozen foods.

Room assigned was very noisy because of the elevator. We were told all of the 2 bed rooms were like that. Staff moved us to a quieter 2 bed room on third try.
