Major security breach must be fixed asap. Contact me when corrected if you desire future business.
Pros:

location was very good, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Major deficiency with building security-will prevent me from visiting again unless rectified. Access to all floors of building are not secured as the lower level parking garage, which can be entered on foot from street level without security provides unmonitored access by elevator to all floors of building due to the locking mechanism designed to keep elevator secure is broken and appears to have been so for some time. Zero security for all hallways in a city known for its crime is not acceptable.

Unacceptable
Pros:

Never did I expect to have to bring my own toilet paper to a Marriott property, but that was the case on our recent stay. A partial roll of one-ply (one-ply!) t.p. was all that was in the room. We will stay there again because of the convenient location, but I will be prepared in the future.

Good hotel but avoid rooms by the elevator
Pros:

Property conveniently located, excellent staff, and clean room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Avoid room by elevator. Noisy and kept me up most of the night

Excellent hotel and superb customer service!
Pros:

Quick and easy check- in and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and loved having a great breakfast on site.
My daughter accidentally left her laptop behind in our room but we were already hours away returning home before she realized she didn’t have it. An outstanding and very helpful general manager , Walter went above and beyond to help us by personally packaging it up and shipping it back to us promptly! Amazing customer service and just an incredible person for helping us the way he did!

Pros:

Would return again if in the area.

No running water first night. Issue resolved as indicated and didn't affect the timing for why we came.

Room keys that's supposed to let you in the garage level DIDN'T. Had to wait for hubby to come back down and let me in.

The front desk guy at check-in seemed nice enough but somewhat condescending. He probably had alot on his shoulders with the aforementioned plumbing issue.

Thankfully the daytime front desk folks the next day were great. Very attentive and helpful.

Bathroom in the rooms has a bit of a weird smell. Kind of like most cruise ships smell, not musty but noticeable. Hardware should be updated. Super outdated.

Mini fridge in the rooms. The only microwave is in the lobby. I haven't seen any hotels without microwaves in each room.

Parking is expensive! $59 for 2 nights!

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On Thursday we left our room at 10:15 am and returned at around 7pm to find our room had not been cleaned and had to call down for towels. Friday our room was cleaned. Saturday room was cleaned but not stocked, no Kleenex, coffee, creamer and the container for body wash in the shower was never filled. When we left our room, the do not disturb sign was not in place so no excuses for not providing room services. Housekeeping needs some help!
