Served the purpose, pretty ok stay…
Pros:

I like that the property was close to my job,

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the tub kept filling up while I took a shower. The mattress was kind of hard. I guess housekeeping services aren’t done every day because my second day there the services weren’t done when I returned. The next morning I requested for towels and was expecting someone to bring them, but I was informed to come pick them up from the front desk which was kind of inconvenient. I was really looking forward to breakfast because I heard that it was pretty good but didn’t get a chance. Overall, the property was pretty good.

Overall it was pretty quiet.
Pros:

We are a regular at this Holiday Inn. It's kept clean. The Hotel is in a busy area.

Cons:

Some of the cleaning staff are not friendly. One male maintenance came to check the handle on the toilet we thought wasn't working. He wasn't professional.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was peaceful, comfortable, clean and quiet. I will come again.
Pros:

I love the quiet and peaceful room and atmosphere. I will definitely come and visit again.

Cons:

I have not complaints.
Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The only issue was the heat. The heat in room 224. It would come on and then switch automatically to fan mode. Even though, I would have the system on High Heat.

Pros:

My only complaint was there was no complimentary breakfast. I wasn't paying 16.95 for breakfast.
The staff was so friendly and wonderful

Pros:

The staff at reception were excellent checking in and out. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The gentleman working the bar was strangely unfriendly when met with "hi, how you doing", responding with a hostile "mmm-hmm." Otherwise, nice stay.

It has been beautfully updated overall. It was quiet and very very clean.
Pros:

The location was a little difficult to get into and leave from due to the road area, but not completely unnavigable.

Cons:

The biggest issue we had was the water in the shower/tub. It only ran very hot water....the water was scalding and if you turned it up at all it only got even hotter. The sink faucet, while beautiful did not have enough overhang over the sink causing the water to flow back on the sink top. We were not left enough towels and washclothes.

It was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the buffet had good choice of food, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

We stayed on the ground floor and our last 2 nights were uncomfortable. The people staying above us had kids that kept stomping on the floor and making all sorts of noises making it impossible to sleep. My wife had to go report to the front desk at 11:30 pm the last night, which they agreed to call them to quiet down so we could sleep. Other than that, it was great.
