Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff! Perfect location. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean and well appointed. Be sure to eat at their on site restaurants- truly exceptional!! Plus so great to have a small grocery store on site. Oh, and the delicious warm chocolate chip cookies!! Captain and Marchrell were terrific at the front desk. Would definitely stay again!!
Fantastic experience. The breakfast bar with Ethiopia and Tidbits is always the best part. They are wonderful and make any inconveniences wash away. I’ll continue coming back for them and their hospitality.
Chester is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment you sit at the bar, he creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. He’s friendly, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. It’s rare to find someone who balances great customer service with real skill behind the bar, but Chester makes it look effortless.
The drinks were excellent. His Old Fashioned was perfectly balanced—smooth, aromatic, and made with just the right amount of bitters. The Margarita was bright and refreshing with a clean citrus flavor, not overly sweet like you sometimes get elsewhere. He also made an incredible Espresso Martini that was rich, bold, and perfectly chilled. You can tell he knows how to craft drinks properly rather than just going through the motions.
What really stood out was how attentive he was the entire time. He checked in without being overbearing, offered great recommendations, and kept the energy at the bar upbeat. Whether you’re someone who knows exactly what you want or someone who likes trying new drinks, Chester makes the experience enjoyable.
Overall, Chester brings the perfect mix of personality, professionalism, and skill. Great drinks, great service, and a great vibe all around. If Chester is behind the bar, you’re in good hands. 🍸👏
My bar experience was fantastic. I was served by a nice young man named Chester. He made me a perfect old fashioned and served my lady a refreshing espresso martini, which she loves. 10/10 would definitely come back for the bar alone.
The hotel staff especially Andrew provided exceptional service and care for my leadership retreat. He checked in often, had food on time and worked around our schedules. Thank you.
Andrew was absolutely incredible!
Super clean. Helpful and engaged staff. Excellent property.
Captain was fantastic! He provided incredible service and hospitality.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant had a good menu with lots of options.
The room was very clean, but had an odd smell; like a previously smoked in room.
I loved the location and the upkeep of the property was good as well
Everyone at this hotel was super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend. Marchell at the front desk really went above and beyond. Listened to me blabber about NBA basketball; I went to 3 games during my stay! Take the Metro, so convenient and inexpensive, easy to navigate.
I travel internationally very often and stay at many hotels and he is by far one of the kindest and most accommodating staff members I’ve ever met. Very professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Captain made my stay in extremely comfortable.
Good hotel, clean and new inside. Staff is very kind and friendly. Thank you Sintayehu for making rhe breakfast an amazing experience with you good and profesional service, but the best, your smile!
Our experience was amazing. Ethiopia, and Tibet the servers were amazing people, and their service was just top tier we are so grateful 🙏
Solid stay. The absolute best part was an amazing breakfast. Ethiopia and Tiblets were great staff and enjoyed their happy attitudes every morning along with quality food
Longtime Hilton Diamond member. Not happy with this hotel. The room was noisy, street noise woke me up several times (motorcycles, etc.), thumping base music in hallway, thin walls, heard baby crying. Room was stuffy with stale air freshener smell. Window shade was beat up, stained, torn. Noisy heating unit. Minimal counter space in bathroom.
Hotel layout was weird. Like 2 hotels merged into one. High-rise tower was far from the parking lot and far from the front entrance, so we went to first elevator only to find out it didn't go to our floor. There's no sign that tells you where to go for 2nd set of elevators, which were far away. Not a great welcoming experience for something that should be easy.
Parking marked as reserved for Diamonds was full. Had to park far down near a snowdrift. No way to ensure others didn't take those spots.
What was good: comfortable bed, excellent lighting, nice TV, spacious desk, lots of power adapters easy to reach, hot, strong shower. Nice welcome note from hotel. Mini fridge actually worked.
The only restaurant had live music that was painfully loud. The table vibrated. Our server, Alex, was excellent. The steak sandwich was tasty. Quesadilla was burnt, but tasted ok.
2 issues required a visit to the front desk, which was well-staffed, but they didn't appear to be well-trained on how to show concern for customers without showing stress on their faces. They said the Hilton app didn't always work properly, but they didn't seem to do anything to fix it. They were more concerned with IDs rather than customer care. I had to ask for a cookie.
The breakfast buffet was not worth $25 (posted as $21.95). The greeter didn't welcome us or acknowledge us. There was no sign to take a seat vs. wait. Just seemed like nobody cared.
With all the hotels jammed into a small area complete with confusing driving routes, this trip felt stressful from start to finish (not hotel's fault). This hotel was rated highly but at best it was adequate. Seemed old. Next time will stay elsewhere where price matches experience.
