They Made Greensboro Feel Like Home!
Pros:

My fiancé and I stayed here this past weekend while we were in town for a job interview, and the experience was truly special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home—wishing us luck each day and even following up to see how everything went. Their kindness made Greensboro feel like such a welcoming place, and we’re happy to say we got the job!
A special thank you to the kind gentleman at breakfast who encouraged us, and the red-haired associate at the front desk (I wish I remembered your names!). This is a team that genuinely cares about their guests, and it made all the difference in our stay. Highly recommend!

Very Highly Recommend this great hotel with Outstanding staff
Pros:

We came into Greensboro on our way home from a southern vacation. We loved this hotel and hope to stay there again! It has the nicest staff anywhere down to a person. They couldn't be more helpful or cheerful. 10 out of 10. They also gave us a free breakfast for 2 for my husband's birthday which was absolutely delicious. Parking is convenient and felt very safe and accessible. We went to the Sound of Music and the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts which is right across the street! It is a great area to walk around town and we found an interesting park with sculptures and a fun restaurant where we got a light meal before the play. The hotel was the perfect place for our visit to Greensboro!

Absolutely nothing

I paid $280 for one night and the condition of this room was completely unacceptable.

The room was dirty upon arrival, including hair left in the shower drain, which clearly indicates it was not properly cleaned. Multiple essential amenities did not work at all, including the AC, hair dryer, phone charging outlet, and TV remote.

Most concerning was a broken electrical outlet with a live wire exposed next to the bed, which is a serious safety hazard. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom, and the ceiling showed rust and a mold-like appearance, raising health and maintenance concerns.

This room was unsafe, unsanitary, and did not match what was advertised. Paying premium pricing for conditions like this is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before booking.

AVOID. OUTDATED
Pros:

Outdated beyond repair. This should be a tear down. Musty smelling. Poorly kept. Trash in the entrance way. Trash in the elevator. Garbage bags outside of rooms.

A-I reservations by Marriott has lost my business!
Pros:

Trying to make a reservation is an exercise in frustration. Takes forever, prices wildly different than online, can't speak to actual hotel about specifics of area, prices do not include additional fees for parking resort charges. resort charges, etc. So long from long time customer!
