Overall it was a satisfactory experience.
Pros:

Convenient location with a grocery shop adjacent. This is our second stay.

Cons:

Nothing outstanding, but it is clean and staff is friendly.

One complaint in Room 103- One of the beds had a noticeably saggy mattress and its sharp frame extended beyond the mattress, causing my husband to scrape his leg on more than one occasion.

Also, the faucet does not extend far enough over the sink, causing a constant accumulation of water on the counter.

Not worth the amount they charged
Pros:

I booked my stay through Booking.com and the price shown did not match what I was charged at check-in. I was charged an extra $45, which was explained as a security deposit in case of damages.

This was not clearly communicated during the booking process, which was confusing and frustrating. While the staff explained it afterward, I think this should be made clearer upfront so guests know the total cost before arriving.

Perfectly decent stay.
Pros:

It was what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. That may sound like a basic statement but going to a location and room and not being disappointed is a major win these days.

Yeni geçtiğim odanın sifonu çalışmıyordu odayı hizmet dışı bıraktılar ve tekrar odam değişti ve bizi 3. odaya aldılar. Bu odanın bir balkonu vardı ancak hijyen açısından otel maalesef sınıfta kaldı.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable

The breakfast was horrible. The only good thing was yogurt in the refrigerator. The egg was so overcooked I had to use a knife to cut it and then it tasted terrible. The bacon was undercooked. I picked a bagel, but it wasn’t sliced and without a knife to slice it, could not toast it. The juice machine was out of order and I had nothing cold to drink. The refrigerator not cold enough; got ice for cooler for medicine. Toilet paper holder broken and sink stopper was down permanently!
