Pros:

Comprei 2 diárias mas só cheguei no segundo dia. Enviei e-mail dizendo que só chegaria às 8:00 da manhã do Segundo dia mas no entanto deram como cancelado minha reserva tendo em vista eu não ter chegado no primeiro dia. Resultado, tive que pagar uma nova diária.

Very good option!
Pros:

We like the location, breakfast and beds! Our rooms were clean and comfortable! Parking was easy

I liked the location of the facility and the staff were kind

Cons:

I did not love that the shower head was not working properly and it went all outside the shower to where it became a slipping hazard with with a 5 month old. The sink also did not work as we had to take it apart to drain as we needed to use it to wash baby bottles as staff was made aware but could not doing anything to fix the sink same day. Lastly, our sheets looked like there was old blood stained on it and was very nasty to lay in. I have pictures for it.

Room had short comings.
Pros:

The location & breakfast were good.

Cons:

There was no hair dryer in the room. The phone in our room didn't work along with the fan in the bathroom. The AC was very noisy.
I have stayed here before & had a much better experience.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable at all, and the rear, Door, exit, someone, leaf a large rock in the door, which is unsafe, and subject to break in’s. I closed the door properly

Holiday Inn xɓpress was no "Holiday"

Treated rudely by a male front desk employee named Joseph.

The bed in my room should have been replaced years ago. I slept in a deep bowl shaped depression that wreaked havoc on my back.

The air conditioning unit in my room powered on every 20 minutes sounding like malfunctioning jet engine. Imagive being waken up every twenty minutes when you had to wake up at 6am, start with a three hour drive, followed by a full day of work.

Add to all this, the room next to ours had a dog in it and the dog barked everytime someone walked down the hall, everytime a car parked in front of the room. Im severally allergic to dogs and yes even next door that dog caused a reaction and I had to use my inhaler which I haven't used in 13 months but carry with me always.

Enjoyable, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast however was only just acceptable.

It’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t go there for a vacation.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I complained about the floor. The man at the front desk wrote it down and the clean it at the same day.

Cons:

They should clean the pool more often.
