Venho aqui expressar minha indignação, insatisfação e total sentimento de desrespeito e falta de resolutividade deste hotel o qual escolhemos com tanto cuidado antes de chegarmos aos EUA.
O motivo da minha viagem foi para concluir meu mestrado, ou seja estudos, onde meu marido veio me acompanhar. Passo o dia fora estudando, e simplesmente na noite do dia 24 de setembro quando cheguei para dormir (18:30) depois de um dia exaustivo, q porta do quarto ao qual eu estava hospedada não abriu, solicitei na recepção a recodificação do cartão, e mesmo assim não consegui abrir, solicitei uma outra forma de abertura, e fiquei exatamente 3h30m sentada no chão do corredor, cansada, com meus materiais de estudo, sem conseguir entrar no quarto para pegar uma roupa limpa, tomar um banho após um dia exaustivo e pegar meu notebook para estudar para prova no dia posterior, o qual me dediquei ha meses… um absurdo!! Por fim, ofereceram um quarto para passarmos a noite, porque não conseguiram abrir o quarto, que estavam todos meus pertences…. Tive que ir dormir num quarto com a roupa que passei o dia (suja, suada) sem meus itens de limpeza pessoal, sem roupas limpas, sem meus materiais para estudos, SEM NADA, foi a única opção que me deram! Sim, inacreditável e inaceitável esta falta de RESPEITO desta rede, dos gestores que souberam e mesmo assim não fizeram NADA, absolutamente nada! Noite de horror!
