Will not stay here again. This is the 2 nd time. Same condition as the last.

Easy access to interstate

Cons:

Noise. Floors were filthy. Room was not clean. Baseboards are dirty

Cons:

the room smelled of smoke! it was supposed to be smoke fee--I have allergies. There was no water in the pool- the facility was not clean. I did not even stay the whole night. I am very dissatisfied with my stay

Everything was very dirty and neglected. The room smelled horrible. They had to switch it for me twice. The bedding was stained and foul-smelling. And to top it all off, the young woman at the front desk treated us very unpleasantly. The breakfast is miserable. I will never return to that hotel—nor to any Quality Inn hotel.

There were cockroaches on the floor, no water in the pool, dirty sheets, broken pieces on the bed frame. The lobby smelled like urine. Disgusting.

Cons:

There was an electrical incident caused by a faulty piece of metal on the best..it fell on the outlet plug hit the lamp caused a loud bang and sparks. My husband was awoken to this as well as getting shocked by the current. This happened at 5:30 am. Thank god no fire but did cause electric to go out and the smell of smoke and burning permeated the room . Front desk acted uninterested and gave me an email to general manager which did not work. We are seeking further restitution and want proof the room is safe by county inspection. The entire building could have been up in flames.

The front desk was so nice about changing our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor my sister has a bad heart and wasn't going to be able to climb the stairs

Wouldn't come back!

Cons:

Very poor maintaince - peeling paint on the ceiling that was falling down. Evidence of many patch jobs done. Shower had poor safety bars and water flow was inadequate. The noise level from outside was terrible...people leaving early or talking outside was loud plus highway noise. Insulation from noise was non-existant. Very outdated.. Our first room on the second floor was so dirty with stains on the walls that we requested a differrent room. The bed's king size mattress was on a queen size foundation so it was dangerous to sit on the edge of the bed. The breakfast was very limited...rubbery eggs, cereal, little variety in rolls/no donuts. No peanut butter after first day. TV remote was difficult to navigate.
