Air condition needs work only fan was working on room 122 on my night stand didn't complain in the front desk bc as soon I open the room no towels and no shampoo so I call the front desk I was embarrassed to call again the bed makes a lot noise too

Was no breakfast Didn’t like anything. Was no wash clothes or hand towels Pool was now open and it was gross

Cons:

Had to get tv working myself. Needs to update pillows and mattress. Only had one chair in room to sit on.

Place was filthy no towels in room Bathroom floor mud trails all over the place and the bed was stained I ended up leaving and going to another hotel Also the manager when I told him he said not his problem I said should be clean room and towels You didn’t ask for any Not one towel in the bathroom disgusted

Pros:

The first room that we were provided had a huge gaping hole in the bottom of the door. Huge lizards and bugs were in the room. We switched the second day because they were fully booked on the first day and we had nowhere else to go. They also had zero towels and washcloths in the first room, which makes me think it wasn't even cleaned. Then the second room had one towel, but that was it for our 3 day stay. They also say they have a pool, but it's black and hasn't been cleaned in 5 years I bet. They also have a checkout at 10 AM. I've never seen that at any hotel, so I didn't even think about it when we were leaving at 11. That's so weird.

Not a Pleasant Experience
Pros:

This hotel had king rooms and double queen rooms available on your website. I booked a King room. I drove up to locked doors. When I called the number on the door, a very rude lady came out, no smiles, very angry and said sorry we have no rooms available. But I had just booked 20 minutes prior. I was on the phone with Hotels.com and after 30 minutes they got me a room down the street with another hotel. Beware of this hotel.
