Volveremos de nuevo, un gran sitio espectacular

Hemos estado encantados con nuestra estancia. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa, tanto por el precioso apartamento como por el trato recibido.

El propietario es una persona súper amable, cercana y atenta, y todas las personas que trabajan allí han sido encantadoras. Estamos muy agradecidos por cómo nos han tratado durante toda nuestra estancia.

El apartamento tiene un encanto muy especial, pero sin duda una de las cosas que más nos ha enamorado es su precioso patio interior, decorado con un estilo tipo budista, lleno de tranquilidad y paz. Tiene un pequeño lago con peces, una zona chill out y rincones preciosos donde relajarse. Es un lugar que transmite una sensación de calma increíble.

Y no podemos olvidarnos de Jenny, la gatita del hotel 🐱❤️. Es súper cariñosa y encantadora, y va por las habitaciones saludando y haciendo compañía a los huéspedes. Ha compartido con nosotros nuestro apartamento y se ha convertido en una parte preciosa de nuestra estancia. ¡Nos ha robado el corazón!

Todo el conjunto hace que sea un lugar espectacular, especial y diferente, de esos sitios que cuesta despedirse de ellos.

Nos vamos muy agradecidos, felices y con muchísimas ganas de volver. Sin duda repetiremos, porque hemos estado de maravilla y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

A hotel worthy of its name
Pros:

We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff's attention to details and to meeting our needs made us feel as if we were at home, not merely guests in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and had everything we needed. When we requested something extra, it was provided immediately. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the personal touch.

Really great stay
Pros:

Really lovely environment and the folks who ran out were really communicative

Cons:

The room had a slightly stale smell, but it was lovely and clean so i don't want to be too harsh and it wouldn't have turned me off going there again.

C’était top !
Pros:

Les avantages :
- bon rapport qualité prix
- la literie est très bien
- c’est propre
- un petit chat viendra vous faire des câlins
- le personnel est très sympa

Cons:

Le petit bémol serait :
- pour tout ce qui est visite il faut soit avoir de solide jambe ou alors trouver un taxi car Sintra n’est pas si proche
- petit problème d’odeur de remontée de canalisation quand on tire la chasse
- les chambres ne sont pas toutes équipées de climatisation

Pros:

The apartment was pleasantly furnished, and the kitchen area was well equipped. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is slightly outside the centre of Sintra, but still convenient for visiting the town. We really enjoyed the medieval fair set up in the car park just outside the residential complex, although I had chosen this accommodation in Sintra specifically because it was supposed to be easy to reach by car. We did not use the paid breakfast service.

Cons:

Our apartment (Cabo da Roca) was essentially located on a semi-basement level, with limited natural light. This also meant that there was some noise from the apartment above, as we could clearly hear people walking around.
Both bathrooms had no windows, and the en-suite bathroom had no door. The shower with a curtain was also not very practical for us. The second bathroom was rather small. The apartment itself was quite spacious, but the dining area was not very comfortable or functional for the whole family to sit and eat together.

Nice place, cute decoration, quiet setting and responsive staff (at least on the phone). The room was clean and the kitchen is a plus.

Cons:

I found the price a little high for a small two persons apartment in a small village outside of Sintra. But it's becoming the norm in Portugal, which is a pity

Pros:

Very friendly staff, comfortable and large space. Loved the charm of the building.

Cons:

There was a temporary medieval festival across the street which was very cool but open until 2am and people were yelling outside our window until that time. Not the hotels fault but part of being in the middle of a town
