Pros:

It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food

Pros:

Positives:
Situated around 20 minutes of walking climbing the Hill near Mall Road
Provide complementary shuttle 3 times in a day to drop at the Mall Road
Food at restaurant is OK with good view of Valley at Top Floor
Hotel staff talks politely

Negatives:
I stayed 5 nights in deluxe room and always found foul smell in their bathroom
Size of bathroom is small
Poor Internet connection with lot of fluctuation
Water Pressure in bathroom is not good
Towels and bed sheets are dirty
If main electricity is gone you cannot use Gyster and have hot water in bathroom
Found Ants and Cockroaches in room floors due to poor cleaning of rooms
Size of room is small and cannot accommodate extra bed properly
Family channels likes colors and other movie channels are not subscribed in TV

Pros:

It's a lovely hotel. Best location, best view and best services. Staff is very cooperative. Always ready to assist you. Rooms are quite spacious, location is awesome. All rooms are valley facing. Food, Buffet breakfast is also up to the mark. Every one visiting mussoorie should book this hotel in advance. :)
