Would do it again!
Pros:

My experience was a great one. I was not disappointed at all with the service. From pulling up in the drive way to entering my hotel room, the treatment I received was over the top. Me and my bags were handled with care, the room was well prepared, clear directions and explanation from the front desk (Brianna did a great job. Keep it up Brianna), greeted politely by the staff, breakfast for a king (great variety but just need a bit more vegetarian options). I was never needing for anything. Because of the experience I received, I wanna do this again with Radisson. I felt like a king!!!

Cons:

I do not really have dislikes, but would just recommend that the persons taking care of the lawn, do not use the weed blower at reakfast time while persons are eating outside, but do so later in the day and that there be a mechanism to heat the water in the pool for a greater night time swimming experience.

I was pleased with my stay at your hotel. My last visit was over 10 years ago. It has improved.
Pros:

Extra towels provided soon after arrival in the room.

The Weakest Radisson I’ve stayed at worldwide.
Pros:

I loved the location of the property. It’s just a short distance from the main avenue, the waterfront, the ferry terminal, and other major attractions in the city. Overall, the room we booked was good. The staff overall were friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool looked nice, and the breakfast food served every morning was amazing!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were quite a few things we didn’t like:

The taxi service recommended by the hotel was significantly overpriced. I’m glad we downloaded the TTRS rideshare app for reasonable rates. The souvenir shops inside the hotel were also overpriced — I was charged 2 to 3 times more for fridge magnets than what I paid for the exact same ones at a local shop outside the hotel.

The exchange rate offered at the front desk was poor. They quoted us 5.50 TTD per 1 USD, while exchanges outside the hotel were offering a much better rate of around 7 TTD per 1 USD.

In our room, there was no fridge, even though there was clearly a spot where one should have been. That was pretty disappointing for a Radisson.

We had booked our room with breakfast included, but every morning when we went down, the staff told us we had to pay for it. We had to show our booking confirmation each time before they would let us through to confirm it was included. Having to do this daily was frustrating.

Overall, this was the weakest Radisson hotel I’ve stayed at worldwide.

Great place for a stay. We will definitely be back again. Thanks to the friendly staff of Radisson.
Pros:

Staff was very very nice, courteous and helpful. From the onset of just pulling up in front the hotel, while we're trying to figure out what to do, the staff immediately welcomed us. They took our bags and secured my family while i parked the vehicle. We were all given complimentary drinks. That was nice.
The shower was awesome. Our entire family enjoyed the shower. Think I'm gonna get one of those myself.
We were given a complimentary 2hr checkout, seeing that we arrived abit late plus it wasn't that busy.
Breakfast was great. The pool was lovely. My kids and family enjoyed it alot.
I agreed with my wife on the lovely spaces and sections available in the lobby. Have never seen some of these things in other hotels. There are alot more positive things. Can't share all.

Cons:

The room although everything appeared clean, the floor seemed to not have been mopped.
I say this because when my kids ran up and down exploring the room, I observed their feet looking black underneath. They had just taken off their sandals. Even my feet was the same.
Everything thing else was clean and great.
The exposed concrete roof overseen from the room balcony towards the pool could probably be cleaned, painted, decorated, covered or some sort of plants could be used to hide the exposed concrete.

It was an an enjoyable one.
Pros:

Food was tasty and there was a wide range from which to choose.

Cons:

The Garbage was not taken out for the duration of my stay.
I ordered Room Service on the Thursday night and the tray was not taken away from outside my room until Saturday morning. I was shocked.
I blamed it on maid service.
