Fantastic Service with an awesome smile.
Pros:

Our experience was top notch. Attended a conference and all services were delivered timely, professionally and always with a smile.

I look forward to another but would not use that restaurant for dinner.
Pros:

The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast had great variety to choose from and was delicious.

Cons:

We visited the restaurant downstairs for dinner. Staff was scarce, we waited too long for service. The food wasn't fresh, in fact we asked for the manager who took the pizza off our bill because we couldn't eat it. The decor and ambience of that restaurant needs an upgrade.

Memorable Stays in Port-of-Spain
Pros:

I always enjoy my stays at the Radisson Hotel Trinidad. Most of the staff are very friendly and attentive. I must also acknowledge Gizelle for her outstanding customer service and warmth. She and the front desk team go over and beyond to make my stays enjoyable.

Pros:

It was the worst experience in my traveling life I will never book there again

Cons:

My company booked there was an issue I offered to pay using my company creddit card and they wouldn't allow me as it did not have my Name on the card I travel the world for business and this is the first time this has ever happened..... I wasted 6 hours trying to resolve this and ended up walking to the Hilton who accepted my card straight away gave me early check in free lunch to say sorry for the bad experience I had with you.... So now my company is booking all our employees into the Hilton for the next year...... Very rude and extremely judgemental staff

Wonderful
Pros:

Exceptional service and very clean.5 stars belongs to the Front Office Manager (Giselle)for her wonderful kindness and she is very proactive.I encourage anyone to stay at the Radisson.It was my daughter birthday and she totally loved it. Pool was clean,bar staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing.alot of variety.Thanks again and I will be back.
