Pros:

The room was quite clean and comfortable

Cons:

At our stay, we received a call from front desk. The other person (I believe the manager) on the line asked if the person with me name is “Tyler”. Now, regardless what the conversation was about. I find calling the room to talk to someone you “know” was a bit intrusive and violation of privacy.

Fantastic staff. Took care of me from the beginning until my departure!
Pros:

The servers in the kitchen and bar and the room staff was amazing. Very friendly and always checked on me even when I got sick during my vacation. I can’t wait to return.

It’s not been great but some of your staff in particular Melissa make it fairly pleasant
Pros:

Melissa on reception gave me the most superb customer service… She is super genuine and probably needs to be in supervision of policy and customer relations because she is super honest , attentive, as well as helpful!!!

Nothing but pure Kindness
Pros:

Nothing but exceptional service. I was help in every turn with Courtesy a love I definitely will be back next time I visit Trinidad the from the Welcoming to the room cleaning and to the food it was wonderful

Less than acceptable service until the General Manager stepped in.
Pros:

We were there for 8 nights. First night no hand towels or wash rags.
Couldn’t reach housekeeping either the telephone. Went Down to reception to request service.

2nd night beds were made but no bathroom cleaning
Request service which dropped of clean towels. 3rd night all is well

4th night beds made, bathroom not serviced towels still on the floor. Wasn’t in on the 4th night. Returned on the 5th night and reported the problem. Towels were provided shortly.

Spoke with the general manager. He apologized and took care of everything. Even provided complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay.
6&7th nights all was perfect.

Staff is very friendly. The location is convenient. Good Pool. The property has seen better days. Some rooms are renovated but anyway it feels somewhat outdated. Breakfast is good but lacks variety. Also they can do a better work in housekeeping
