TTHE SHEETS WERE UNCLEAN, THE ROOM HAS SOUR BUGS
The buffet breakfast was very good. The options were great. I loved the view from my room.
I was not allowed to have direct access to coffee at breakfast. There seemed to be some desire on the part of the hotel to control the availability of the beverages.
Big, clean comfortable room. God restaurant food. Helpful staff. Brilliant gym. Nice bar (Adrian makes great cocktails)!
It could do with a little redecorating in places. It is not in the best location.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city which allowed for easy commute. Customer service was great - The staff was warm and welcoming - they offered assistance where necessary. Our stay included breakfast which was very filling and tasty. We also arrived at the hotel early and was allowed to check in and enter our rooms without any additional cost.

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and much of that is thanks to the incredible service we received.
A special thank you to Gizelle, the Front Desk Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and valued. On the morning of my son’s SEA exam, she took the time to send a thoughtful message wishing him good luck—such a small gesture that meant so much to us. She also kindly extended our checkout time when the exam ran late, allowing him to relax and enjoy some well-deserved pool time afterward.
Gizelle was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, and the same can be said for all the staff we encountered—they were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for my son to rest and prepare the night before his big exam. Everything about our experience made a stressful time feel calm and special.
We are truly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
I loved the location
My room didn't have hot water for the first 2 nights and the bathroom slide door didn't work. The staff did there very best to accommodate us in any way that they could. It was appreciated.
