Change your cleaning staff. I observed them work and they just font clean properly. Half way mop. It was just the worse

Friendly staff, good size room, good breakfast, good location.

Cons:

The dinner was poor quality, very disappointing, with a long wait time. Not enough bar staff with waiting to get a drink 10 - 15mins. Bar closes was too early at 10.30pm. Check-in took far too long, so many papers to sign, same on check out. Room wasn't cleaned every day, which wasn't a major problem but coffee and water wasn't replaces so had to go to reception,

A wonderful stay .at Radisson
Pros:

Nice hotel with a good variety at breakfast. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Melissa at the reception is extremely sweet, helpful, and professional. She genuinely tries to address guests’ needs and does so with a pleasant smile.
Breakfast was good and the best varieties of Omlette
Overall, it’s a very good hotel to stay in Trinidad.

It was a delightful experience from start to finish.
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the room at the Radisson Hotel. The room was exceptional, offering a stunning view of the highway, the seaport, and the Hyatt Hotel. Additionally, the staff at the entrance greeted me warmly, welcoming me back or extending a friendly "Welcome to the hotel," which made me feel appreciated and valued. The accommodation was great, the staff was very cordial especially the guys greeting you on entry.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bottled water was always replaced. Air-conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Late checkout, but I should have requested it prior to check-in. The second day the foot mat to stand on when exiting the shower was inadvertently absent.
