Good facilities, great staff, but rude "manager"
Pros:

The location is very convenient for bars and restaurants. The pool is nice, and the free breakfast is a good bonus. The receptionist and the cleaning staff were very friendly and professional — no issues at all with them.
The building itself is a bit older. Doors and locks feel slightly outdated, but everything works.
Rooms on the 3rd floor (and more likely on the 4th floor) can have a very nice mountain view, depending on the side of the building — I recommend asking before booking.

Cons:

The annoying downside was the management communication. I originally booked and chatted with someone named Emily. After reconfirming my booking, I received no reply for more than 10 days. Later, someone named Peter replied in the same chat and tried to sell me tours. I declined.
When I met him, he was overly friendly, which was fine, but later I found a strange bottle placed on the chair outside my room. I asked Peter about it and received unclear answers. After that, from being super friendly he stopped replying completely. I don’t know what the situation was, but it felt unprofessional.
To be clear, the receptionist and the other staff were very kind and helpful. The issue was only with this one person.
Overall, good place because of the pool, breakfast, and friendly regular staff — but management communication could be improved. Later I understood Peter stopped working there. I don't know why he still acts like he is still the manager - he's not! If you are contacted by Peter - ignore him. And I think Jasmine Hotel should tell him the same!

It is a scam
It is a nightmare. We took 2 days in a four person room. The room was a disaster. The sheets were dirty, with someone else hair, mold and stains on it . The towels were also dirty with stains. The water in sink stinking. Even the air in the room was stinking. Th walls, chair, everything dirty and molded.
We had to urgently look for another hotel available in emergency mode, at midnight.
When we asked for money return, the staff was rude. He argued with us, accusing that we made the room this way, or that we exaggerate, or that we can pay because hotel is cheap and conditions are not important. He was very unfriendly and unsupportive
He and hotel manager refused to make a refund and only paid back 70% of one night
They said that the price was low so we dont need the money back!!


I totally discourage you from looking at this hotel; 3 minutes away we found another hotel with much much better standards

Very dirty,room smells of sewage, bathroom is covered in mould which then leaves a smell, our beds were dirty when we arrived we then asked if we could get the beds changed he went and got another sheet and it was covered in hair, the throws over the bed were all stained, towels that were given were rock solid and stained splashes of liquid on the walls chair is covered in dirt

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement qui nécessite pas de moyens de transport pour ce balader en ville.
Restaurant, bar et magasin a proximité

Cons:

J'aurai aimé que la chambre soit équipée d'un frigo, le petit déjeuner n'est pas sous forme de buffet comme montrer sur les photos mais à la carte.

L’emplacement en plein cœur de la ville, une vue sur les mongolfières dès le matin des 2 côtés de la chambre & petit déjeuner conséquent ! Des fruits + un plat au choix.
Piscine ensoleillée l’après midi !

Cons:

Privilégier la location de scooter via un autre loueur de la ville (ex: Money Exchange à l’angle de la rue qui monte à gauche en sortant de l’hôtel) car le premier jour les scooters que nous avons eu étaient vétustes.
