Check in was quick and effective. Room and restroom were clean. Towels and blankets were clean and smelled clean.

Cons:

I was dropped off by my spouse at a work conference at around 9:50am and my husband returned to hotel shortly after to collect our belongings from the room and check out. Come to find out that front desk had already checked us out from our room and they wouldn't allow him to go up and gather our PERSONAL belongings. He even asked if hotel personnel could assist him in grabbing things for him OR to walk him to the room and front desk pushed back until they finally agreed reminding him that next time, they would not do him the favor. I do find this extremely inappropriate since hotel staff took the liberty to check us out BEFORE the scheduled check out time and held our belongings in the room denying him access or offering to retrieve our belongings for him. This all took place on March 04 at around 11am. I do not remember the name of the gentlemen at the front desk.

The worst service I have ever experienced. They didn't even rent my room or visit me, while I had to pay a high price, fraud and charging money for everything. Even the parking was paid and they charged me twice. This was my first and last visit to this hotel
