The staff was amazing from the front desk, the restaurant staff, and maintenance. We had a small issue withe the room ac and it was fixed immediately.

Pros:

Clean. Mostly newly renovated. Room was large. Great water pressure and nice sized bathroom. Good seating area in front of the restaurant to play cards and connect with our family.

Cons:

Pool closed due to ongoing renovation work.

Cons:

Pool, spa was closed, it's the only reason I got the room was to swim lapse and sit in the spa as it was close to the venue I was at, and a bottle of water was $10 that's just ridiculous, asked about getting a lower rate on the room because the amenities weren't there as advertised and was told that they couldn't
