Clean hotel and room. Attached to a large shopping center with parking and access to transportation
Staff was exceptionallly helpful when persons in room above were continally disruptive with noise. We will be forever gratefull.
A functional transit stop on our route back to the ferry port.

We would have preferred a China mug for our hit drinks that we could rinse out rather than single use paper cups (which we had to ask for more of)

We liked the proximity to the tram station. We didn't like the utterly useless aircon in the room, which meant we had a terrible night's sleep as we were too hot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a decent night's sleep as a given when you book into a hotel.
Always a good choice for a stopover here. Good parking..

Pool was packed, not surprising given the temperature. Check-in could be automated to speed it up, or as an option. Excellent beds, pillows and air conditioning. Breakfast was also very good.
Ideal spot for short stays and access to the city center.
Good for a stopover and we’ve stayed here quite a few times. This time our room was a let down with no walk in shower and the shower over the bath had no water pressure.. and we didn’t get the city view shown on the booking.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent.very clean.
We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which really set a positive tone for our stay. It was such a relief to be able to settle in and freshen up after our journey without having to wait. The room itself was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the better ones we've slept in during our travels—and there was plenty of space around the room to neatly store our belongings, which made it easy to keep things tidy.
The only drawback for me personally was the noise at night. I’m normally a deep sleeper, but I found myself waking up several times due to sounds from outside or possibly other rooms. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case.
On a positive note, the staff were mostly wonderful—friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed something. Their warm demeanor really made us feel welcome.
All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back. With just a little improvement in soundproofing, this place would be close to perfect.
The reception, bar and restaurant staff were great. Food was good - the chicken & bacon Caesar salad was one of the best. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the chamber maids hogging all the lifts at a peak check out time. My husband is elderly and struggles to walk, the maids with large linen trolleys would not allow any paying guests into the lift and one seemed to think it her right to allow a maid ( previously smoking at the front of the hotel) to jump the queue and get into the lift ahead of paying guests. I travel a lot on business and am a IHG Member and have never experienced such rudeness before. The maids should take their trolleys up early morning so not to inconvenience paying guests.
We stayed here for one night on our way to the French alps at it was a great hotel. Looked great from the outside and had a lovely bar inside, it’s also attached to a large shopping centre so we had a wonder around and a good choice of places to eat. The room was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable.

The best aspect of this hotel is the location. It is right on the tram line into the center of Dijon and the trams run frequently.
