I enjoy the F1
Cons:

I paid $6000 for four nights. I was put on the second floor. The room was small. The shower was small. Everything was small the amount of money that I paid it did not meet my expectations. Very disappointed. The staff are good but the amount of money that I spent I expected a little bit more.

Apart from the good location & the size of the room, we weren’t happy with the rest.
Pros:

The location.
The size of the room.
Kind staff.

Cons:

The double size bed was small & noisy.
The mattress was too soft.
Breakfast was very minimal, not for a 4 star hotel.

Extremely noisy from traffic on the first floor. Barely slept. Air conditioning was broken so very hot night as the windows don’t open either.

It was ok, nothing to write home about unfortunately as we had high hopes. Fine for a night though.
Pros:

Location was perfect, style and design was beautiful. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bed and 2 bath room instead of a 2 bed 1 bath room which was nice.

Cons:

Pool was not heated and we were not told (it was one of the main booking requirements for us)

Buffet Breakfast for 2 kids and 2 adults was $95.32. Food was cold and selection was minimal.

$200 hold put on account for accidentals and the return is ‘3-5 business days after room service has check the room’. Absolutely happy to pay the holding fee but have always had immediate release of funds after room service have been.

Tiled floor in the room felt like it had a wax/oil coating and was very slippery even with shoes on.

Good family apartment
Pros:

I like the ambiance when you first enter the hotel. The staff were lovely. The 2 bedroom apartment was tight but was ok.
Pool area was good.

Cons:

There needed to be more shade around the pool.

Great city location
Pros:

Modern, great vibe, had all the facilities available such as pool, gym, steam room.

Really clean and new room.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small and hard to get in and out of shower. But the overall experience far outweighed this.

Excellent customer service & location.
Pros:

Great location and worked well for a girls weekend away (2 adults, 2 children). Sauna & steam room were great. Buffer breakfast was expansive but food options were still decent. Enjoyed that windows opened in the room. Great view from the pool.

Cons:

The pool heating wasn’t working during our stay, despite it not being rectified during our stay the staff were excellent in their customer service & proactively offered buffet breakfast free of charge due to the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.
Windy in the pool area with minimal shade.
