Staff were absolutely lovely, plenty of facilities that were well maintained. Use of space in apartments was creative given there was kitchen, dining table, lounge including couch/coffee table/tv, balcony with 2 chairs and table, bathroom/toilet and the bedroom. Plenty of storage and cupboards to put your belongings in. Lots of amenities in the rooms, plenty of pillows, and the balcony was quite nice. Breakfast included was alright with a sizeable offering. Overall the rooms and the hotel were well presented.
Our rooms shower was very touchy and hard to adjust, and my grandmother could blow harder than the hairdryer that was provided. Shower grout was dirty.
Bed too hard/firm. Perfect location to Southbank. Enclosed balcony perfect for any weather conditions and view was good.
Hard beds.
Great pool and saunas i found a lovely library the cleaners were friendly a young male one was really helpful the breakfast staff were exceptional especially the girl who greeted me each morning . There was two gentlemen when I arrived I had problems with my card I was tired and had a huge day the bigger of the two was so helpful and cared the other was a bit rude . Otherwise your staff is exceptional !
The room could do with a bit of a facelift 😊 then so could I but it worked perfectly fir me I came to see my son and could walk to his home
It was a lovely small room clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect.
Close to everything but close your door and you have your own sanctuary.

Well firstly, let me just say that Harvey at reception was so friendly, super helpful and obliging and has a great sense of humour. We came for a brief break and ended up staying longer because one night just wasn’t enough and the place was so relaxing and restful with its winter garden, pool and library. It is so quiet here, too, which is really appreciated. Like a peaceful oasis in a concrete jungle. We will be back!
Location isn’t that great - not in the most picturesque part of town but when in the winter garden up on the top level and looking down and out across the city and bay, it’s as though the world is your oyster.
Everything else was outstanding.
