Great pool and gym, comfortable room, wonderful staff. Poor internet and breakfast not the best.

Pool, gym, staff especially. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

WiFi was very poor and intermittent at best. Breakfast buffet seemed to have many less options and less quality offerings than past. They charged us for chamomile tea as we did but want coffee, having the breakfast included in the room price.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Honest too. I left money in the safe and they alerted me as I was checking out. Filipinos are generally warm and friendly and the staff here are that and more. Any request is greeted with a prompt and helpful response.

Cons:

There is very little to dislike about this hotel.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Service hervorragend. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend! Der Service am Pool (Handtücher und Barservice mit guten Cocktails und Essen) war toll.

Cons:

Eine Beanstandung gibt es leider doch: Für zwei doppelte Cognac in der Hotelbar mussten wir umgerechnet über 100 Euro zahlen (6400 Pesos). Das ist inakzeptabel !! Auch keine Auswahl und ungeschultes Personal

Pleasant hotel which can do with a little upgrading to justify the high price by local standards

Being told I had booked two rooms when I checked in when it was only one; the bedroom phones can’t make external calls; no modern sockets to charge iPhones;
