Pros:

Staff were polite but I would never recommend this place for anyone to stay. It's not even cheap place to stay and no complimentary breakfast.

Pros:

This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. The customer service the room conditions the property conditions all of it was very unacceptable.
I would like a full refund for my stay
I’d like to add that I was double charged for my stay which I’m still trying to figure out with Expedia. The staff are not very helpful either.

Pros:

Although this property is under construction, it is still very dirty & looks unclean. Not to mention my room had an odor that was bothersome. The staff was friendly but the room experience in itself could of been way better. I will more than likely not be staying here again.

Pros:

I got room 515, which is one of rooms on the first floor that has not yet been remodeled. Its very moldy and mildewy smelling. When i asked the front fesk attendant if i could have the room changed, he said they were full. This place is empty. The AC unit prolly has one of those filters that are never changed. Not coming back here again.

As a group we had to change rooms a total of 5 times due to air conditioning issues, smell, bed bugs and just a numerous of things. I trusted the name Wyndham but I won't do that again .

Did not enjoy my stay.
Pros:

Peagan was very nice and helpful

Cons:

The horrible smell. The toilet constantly runs as it is leaking at the base, making the bathroom floor slippery. Strong smell of urine. A lot of homeless people walking. The lounge occupants makes it difficult for guest to park near the hotel entrances. The patrons of the lounge are rude to hotel guest and won’t even move when driving to locate a park.
