Pros:

Had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and maintained very well. The hygiene standards were impressive, and the environment felt calm and welcoming. Check-in and overall service were smooth. A great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness.

Though restaurant is there, there is no south indian thali which is badly needed. Further, room boy service should be there.

Waste of money
Pros:

3rd class hotel with 3rd class service. I stayed but hotel don't have water bottles in the room. After asking I got a jar with open water, may be filled from my tap. I went outside and bought water bottle. In breakfast they give option like road side, you can have only 1 item only, no reload no multiple items. Horrible standard of hospitality.

A big NO for this hotel.

Firstly they didn’t even offer complimentary water.
When I asked for it, they supplied Kinley water bottle, but charged me 32/- plus gst and took 35/- from me.
They didn’t offer soap., and later sent to room only in the morning after asking them for third time.
The cot @ bed was so hard with hardly any cushion on the bed. Further they didn’t offer a comfort (bed sheet).
The worst of all was, the complimentary breakfast.
They gave a slip and asked me to select “Any One” from the given options..!.! How bad was that to offer one option after paying 2650/- (inclusive GST) for one night…?!
Even the room had window AC which i was surprised to see as there is no window ACs nowadays. The hotel so outdated
Overall it’s a pathetic stay and my request to you is, please remove this hotel from your listing

Ambience outside the hotel.

Cons:

Unclean bathroom, careless and uninterested staff, no basic stuff like water, very limited food in the complimentary breakfast. Confusion in reception about room bookings to one given at the property forced us to pay extra at checkout.
