No reception, no wifi, not good value - shower not working.

Check in wasn't easy as there is no reception - the wifi didn't work, there were two wifi passwords, both wrong. No one there to ask. The shower didn't work and the room was boiling!! For the amount paid, it was not a good experience.

Pros:

Although advertised as having a restaurant - there wasn't - we so not able to book breakfasts/evening meals and as I had already paid and no refund available we were stuck with it. The location was great for us, as were the staff, just really irritated having to go out for all breakfasts and meals.

Had a great stay at this hotel. I will be back.
Pros:

Good size rooms windows that open. Location and staff were excellent

Cons:

Sliding door in bathroom was hard to open and close. Security at hotel wasnt great. Anyone could walk in and up the stairs as there wasnt always someone sitting at reception.

Everything was excellent—the room, the hotel, and the location. The hotel is in a great location, and all the staff were kind and helpful.
Many thanks, especially to Cristina. She is absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and always ready to solve any issue immediately. She really made us feel welcome at the hotel and provided clear and helpful information whenever we had questions.
Having staff like Cristina makes a real difference. It is essential for tourists to feel comfortable and well taken care of, and she exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Horrendous
Cons:

I paid £300 for a suite and was given the most basic room, the staff where so rude and it was nothing like the photographs. The rooms were filthy and the staff didn’t want to do anything to help! Rang three times before 11am to remind us of checkout after telling them we’d be out before checkout. Just simply ride, a waste of money and in need of a refurb and some staff training
