Terrible. Ruin our my partner’s birthday
Pros:

The location and staff. However, the management are nothing but irresponsible.

Cons:

The pictures on Booking.com need updating. The hotel is rundown. Loose banisters. Broken broken bathroom cabinet. Broken bathroom door. TV not working. Dirty carpets. Ripped bedframe and mattress. We paid for breakfast they no longer do it. Management refuse adequate refund. Even though I complained the minute I got to the hotel, they are still trading under the Best Western name as well.

Pros:

Si has d'anar per la zona esta ben comunicat

No hi manteniment. Tot falla: finestres, wc, aigua calenta, llum lavabo. No hi ha personal.

Potential to be good with better consideration
Pros:

Spacious room with large bed, nice walk in shower.

Cons:

Have stayed here numerous times and want to like it more and would do if they got the basics right : comfortable pillows, a room temperature that can be controlled, properly filled hand and body wash, bedside lights that worked, get rid of a ridiculous sensor by the entrance door that wakes you up in the middle of the night (the bathroom mirror gives a sufficient light).

Cons:

Both windows in the room were broken and the aircon had been broken for months. The room was boiling hot so didn’t get any sleep. Less than helpful staff - very very disappointed.

Goede locatie voor een weekendje weg
Pros:

Locatie, vlakbij het treinstation en op iets langere loopafstand van de metro. Putney High Street is dichtbij met winkels en eetgelegenheden.

Cons:

De badkamer was een beetje donker, met betere verlichting is het aangenamer denk ik. Het uitzicht is mooi, maar het balkon is niet om op te zitten.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Two main points
1. Bathroom door was broken
2. I was travelling with my daughter and when I asked for bedding for the sofa bed as told that this was not provided. The room only had 1 double bed.

1 I could live with, but 2 would have been an easy fix.
