Pros:

The Brown covered, on the bed was Dirty from the previous person that was in the room was not happy about that.

Great location but bring your own pillows
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The room was spotless and the bathroom was lovely. Loved having an iron in the room

Cons:

We asked the lady on reception for more pillows as the pillows were so flat and no support. She said yes and to collect when we came back. When we came back it was a different person on reception and he said we couldn’t have any more pillows. Very uncomfortable

No facilities, no bar, breakfast facilities etc. Catch on one window was broken and wouldn’t close fully, letting in a draft. Used cups were clean not replaced.

Pros:

Location was great, staff were always around and very friendly!

Cons:

The furniture was tired with material coming away in places. Something was in the kettle, the smell was so bad that when staff smelt their head snapped back. Tea and coffee marks all over the furniture.
No toilet roll

The location is best.youcanwalk a few miny to Putney railway station and to east putney underground station.closed to supermarket and shops and can fine many things to eat Thai.Chinese Japanese. .

Cons:

Can't open the windows in some days I would like to have very fresh air from outside bet the bacolny door is locked.

Cons:

Noise from ground floor. Load music late into the night and room 108 seemed especially susceptible as there seemed to be an acoustic pathway through the floor, like a pipe riser or something.
