Breakfast was promised at time of booking, and breakfast was listed on the instruction sheet given to us at check in. However, there was no breakfast of any kind and the restaurant was closed.
No breakfast and surly front desk staff. Claimed I did not have a reservation. Good thing I had printed my confirmation before coming to London.
Pleasantly surprised by our first stay here. Very good sized room and the bed was very comfy. Good sized Shower and very clean.
Very quiet even with the main road just outside. The staff were very friendly esp Nainesh. Will be returning and recommend the area.
Bathroom door was a bit odd but very easy for them to put that right. Room 101.
Perfect location super convenient, easy check in and check out had a lift and rooms were spacious with large windows and loads of natural light
The room was absolutely roasting with no working Aircon there was a fan in the room but it just blew out the air that was already in the room so didn’t particularly help to cool it down, unable to open windows to let the air circulate the room was clean but could have definitely been cleaner as there were stains on the bed frame which could babe easily been wiped , they gave us 1 half of a used toilet roll for a 2 nights 2 person stay and when we said we had then ran out they said none had been delivered and handed us a box of tissues but they worked fine we aren’t fussy people so it didn’t dampen our stay we found it hilarious
Location was ideal for us. The bed was large and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. There was WiFi
The air conditioning did not work and the room was hot. There was no handle on the bathroom door and it was tricky to open and close. The grouting in the shower was dirty and carpets could have been cleaner. But it's cheap for London prices so manage your expectations.
Did not stay
No air conditioning dirty windows which would not open so we left because offer of a fan did not materialise and it was in excess of 25 degrees in the stuffy bedroom and booked into another hotel

Great location. Cheap enough for London but keep your expectations fairly low.

In my case, location was important. The rest was a compromise between desire and opportunity!
Het hotel ligt dicht bij treinstation en metro. En in Putney docht bij winkels , restaurants en cafe's.

The room was tidy and clean. A good price for London.
Encountered a rude staff member. We in fairness booked late, as we had lost our keys. Booked on booking and arrived to the venue. No one on reception. Called the number several times and was sat in reception for a long time (at least 20 minutes) only to be greeted by an extremely rude member of staff who said she can cancel our bookings and find accommodation elsewhere when we said we had been waiting a long time for someone to come.

The outside is really dirty the carpets in the room was really dirty had to wear socks all the time
